Common use of Accumulative Clause in Contracts

Accumulative. 1. All employees shall be entitled to twelve (12) sick leave days each school year as of the first official day of said school year whether or not they report for duty on that day. Unused sick leave days shall be accumulated from year to year with no maximum limit. Employees must give notification no less than one hour when sick leave is required.

Accumulative. 1. All ten (10) month employees shall be entitled to twelve ten (1210) days sick leave days each school year as of the first official day of said school year. Ten (10) month employees who are hired for less than a full school year whether or not they report for duty shall be entitled to sick days on that daya prorated basis.
