Accumulative. 1. All ten (10) month employees shall be entitled to ten (10) days sick leave each school year as of the first official day of said school year. Ten (10) month employees who are hired for less than a full school year shall be entitled to sick days on a prorated basis. Unused sick leave days shall be accumulated from year to year with no maximum limit. 2. All twelve month employees shall be entitled to twelve (12) days sick leave as above.
