Common use of Accumulative Clause in Contracts

Accumulative. 1. As of September 1, 1980, all employees shall be entitled to ten (10) sick leave days each school year as of the first official day of said school year whether or not they report for duty on that day. Unused sick leave days shall be accumulated from year to year with no maximum limit.
