Accumulative. All Full-Time teachers employed shall be entitled to eleven (11) sick leave days each school year as of the first official day of said school year whether or not they report for duty on that day. Unused sick leave days shall be accumulated from year to year with no maximum limit. Part-Time employees shall receive sick days on a pro-rated basis: Example: 2 days/week—professional employee 2/5 = 40% .40 x 11 days (number of sick days for professional) = 4.4 days
