Accurate Participant Information. Except to the extent prohibited by Applicable Law, each Participant has provided, and shall continue to provide, the Coordinating Committee with all information reasonably requested by the Coordinating Committee and needed by the Coordinating Committee to discharge its duties under this Agreement or Applicable Law, including during the Dispute Resolution Process. Any information provided by a Participant to the Coordinating Committee shall be responsive and accurate. Each Participant shall provide Notice to the Coordinating Committee if any information provided by the Participant to the Coordinating Committee materially changes. Each Participant acknowledges that the Coordinating Committee reserves the right to confirm or otherwise verify or check, in its sole discretion, the completeness and accuracy of any information provided by a Participant at any time and each Participant shall reasonably cooperate with the Coordinating Committee in such actions, given reasonable prior notice.

Accurate Participant Information. Except to the extent prohibited by Applicable Law, each Participant has provided, and will continue to provide Vendor with all information reasonably requested by Vendor necessary to discharge Vendor’s duties under this Agreement or Applicable Law, including during the Dispute Resolution Process. Any information provided by a Participant to Vendor shall be responsive and accurate, including any information provided by Participant during any registration process for a particular service; however, this representation shall not extend to any Health Data. Each Participant shall provide notice to Vendor if any information previously provided by the Participant (other than Health Data) materially changes. Each Participant acknowledges that Vendor reserves the right to confirm or otherwise verify or check, in its sole discretion, the completeness and accuracy of any registration or other information provided by Participant at any time and each Participant will reasonably cooperate with Vendor in such actions, given reasonable prior notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Vendor is entitled to rely on the accuracy of information provided by each Participant, and Vendor has no duty to confirm, verify, or check the completeness and accuracy of any information.

Each Participant shall provide Notice to NC HIEA if any information provided by the Participant to NC HIEA materially changes. Each Participant acknowledges that NC HIEA reserves the right to confirm or otherwise verify or check, in its sole discretion, the completeness and accuracy of any information provided by a Participant at any time and each Participant shall reasonably cooperate with NC HIEA in such actions, given reasonable prior notice. This Section 15.01 does not apply to Pharmacy Data or HIE Data.

To the extent that Participant uses an EHR in connection with Participant’s Transmissions of eICRs, Participant represents that the EHR has contractual and legal authority to make such Transmissions on its behalf. Accuracy of eICRs. Participant will ensure that at the time of transmission, the eICR it provides is (a) an accurate representation of the data contained in, or available through, its System, and (b) sent from a System that employs security controls that meet industry standards so that the information and eICR being transmitted are intended to be free from malicious software in accordance with Section 5.2.

Each Participant shall provide notice to the Governing Authority if any information provided by the Participant to the Governing Authority materially changes. Each Participant acknowledges that the Governing Authority reserves the right to confirm or otherwise verify or check, in its sole discretion, the completeness and accuracy of any information provided by a Participant at any time and each Participant will reasonably cooperate with the Governing Authority in such actions, given reasonable prior notice.
Accurate Participant Information. Except to the extent prohibited by Applicable Law, each Subscribing Participant has provided, and will continue to provide SHI and Vendor with all information reasonably requested by them as is necessary to discharge their duties under this Agreement or Applicable Law, including during any dispute resolution process. Any information provided by a Subscribing Participant to SHI or Vendor shall be responsive and accurate, including any information provided by Subscribing Participant during any registration process for a particular service. Each Subscribing Participant shall provide notice to SHI if any information previously provided by the Subscribing Participant (other than Health Data) materially changes. Each Subscribing Participant acknowledges that SHI reserves the right to confirm or otherwise verify or check, in its sole discretion, the completeness and accuracy of any registration or other information provided by Subscribing Participant at any time and each Subscribing Participant will reasonably cooperate with SHI in such actions, given reasonable prior notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, SHI is entitled to rely on the accuracy of information provided by each Subscribing Participant, and SHI has no duty to confirm, verify, or check the completeness and accuracy of any information.
Accurate Participant Information. Participant agrees that Participant has provided, and will continue to provide, C4MI or its subcontractor(s) with all information reasonably requested and necessary to discharge its duties under this Agreement and governance policy. Any information provided by Participants shall be responsive and accurate, including any information provided by Participant during any registration process for a particular service. Participant shall notify C4MI of any changes in information previously provided by Participant.
