Acquired and Maintained. Probationary Employees – A new employee shall be considered a probationary employee and shall have no seniority rights for the first sixty (60) days worked. After this time, he shall be considered a regular employee with seniority from date of last hiring. The discharge of a probationary employee shall not be subject to grievance procedure unless the Company’s action is exercised in an arbitrary, capricious or discriminatory manner.   • Establishment and Maintenance of Records GRANTEE shall maintain records, including but not limited to, books, financial records, supporting documents, statistical records, personnel, property, and all other pertinent records sufficient to reflect properly:

  • Control and Maintenance of the Property Unless required by Applicable Law, Lender, or a receiver appointed under Applicable Law, is not obligated to enter upon, take control of, or maintain the Property before or after giving notice of Default to Borrower.   • Seniority – Maintained and Accumulated Seniority shall be maintained and accumulated under the following conditions:

Support and/or maintenance services provided by Licensor will be subject to Licensor’s then current applicable standard annual support and/or maintenance agreement unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing.

  • RECORDS MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE 35 A. CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees and subcontractors shall, throughout the term 36 of this Agreement, prepare, maintain and manage records appropriate to the services provided and in 37 accordance with this Agreement and all applicable requirements.
