Acquisition and Completion of Project. The Project will consist of financing the costs of purchasing and installing new solar energy systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment and controls, LED lighting, water meters, a pool heat recovery unit, pool condensing boiler, and related energy savings improvements in various facilities owned by the Governmental Unit. The Project will be acquired and completed so as to comply with all applicable ordinances, resolutions and regulations, if any, and any and all applicable laws relating to the acquisition and completion of the Project and to the use of the Pledged Revenues. The Project complies with the Act.

  • Completion of Project The Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Technical Description as may be modified from time to time with the approval of the Bank, and complete it by the final date specified therein.
