ACRONYMS, ABBREVIATIONS AND OTHER TERMINOLOGY. 1.1.1. Acronyms, abbreviations and other terminology are defined at their first occurrence in this Contract. The following list is provided to assist the reader in understanding acronyms, abbreviations and terminology used throughout this document. 1.1.1.1. Accountable Care Collaborative (ACC) - A program designed to affordably optimize client health, functioning and self-sufficiency. The primary goals of the ACC Program are to improve Medicaid client health outcomes and control costs. Regional Care Collaborative Organizations (RCCOs), a Statewide Data and Analytics Contractor (SDAC), and Primary Care Medical Providers (PCMPs) that will serve as Medical Homes work together in collaboration with ACC Program Members and other Medicaid providers to optimize the delivery of outcomes- based, cost-effective health care services. 1.1.1.2.   • Returns and Other Elections The Managers shall cause the preparation and timely filing of all tax returns required to be filed by the Company pursuant to the Code and all other tax returns deemed necessary and required in each jurisdiction in which the Company does business. All elections permitted to be made by the Company under federal or state laws shall be made by the Managers with the consent of the Member(s).

  • Recordkeeping and Other Information FTIS shall create, maintain and preserve all necessary records in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Such records are the property of the Investment Company, and FTIS will promptly surrender them to the Investment Company upon request or upon termination of this Agreement. In the event of such a request or termination, FTIS shall be entitled to make and retain copies of all records surrendered, and to be reimbursed by the Investment Company for reasonable expenses actually incurred in making such copies. FTIS will take reasonable actions to maintain the confidentiality of the Investment Company's records, which may nevertheless be disclosed to the extent required by law or by this Agreement, or to the extent permitted by the Investment Company.
