Acting Supervisor Compensation. An employee in a classification below the level of a first-line supervisor who is assigned to perform the duties of a first-line supervisor or above shall receive added compensation for all time served in the acting capacity at the rate of pay for which the employee would qualify, were the employee to be promoted to the acting classification.
