Activations. To the best knowledge of each Selling Party, all activations of radiotelephone service pursuant to the Customer Activation Agreements and all other activations of radiotelephone service reported by the Seller to Airtouch for payment pursuant to the Airtouch Agreement are good and collectible. All such activations are valid, genuine and subsisting, arise out of bona fide sales of radiotelephone service.
Activations. Subagents will have no direct communications with CARRIER. All communications regarding activations, compensation, procedures, and any other matters are to be handled solely by AGENT.
Activations. With respect to all End Users obtained by Customer within an AT&T Market, Customer will assign such End Users a Number provided by AT&T.

Standard activations and ports are processed on-the-fly by Xxxxx/WLS, and actioned by the carriers during local business hours only. 24x7 activation capabilities can enabled with an appropriate deposit (irrespective of the method of payment chosen by the reseller). Reseller has the ability to suspend an active account for two (2) consecutive months after the initial 180 Day period for any reason. Any additional months Reseller will be charged the monthly rate plus a Re-Activation fee of $25 per line billable immediately.
Activations. STC will use its reasonable efforts to activate Phones (i.e. provide them with an active MIN) and provide ESN changes within, on average, ___ hours of STC's receipt of End Users' telephonic activation orders. STC will make available sufficient blocks of MINs for all major cellular service markets in the U.S.

Activations. Customer may request that Circuits be activated for Customer’s use at the Permitted Capacity Units specified in Schedule 3. Customer’s request shall be made by sending to Barak an Activation Request not later than forty five (45) days from the requested activation date. Barak shall activate the ROU Circuit(s) covered by the Activation Request on such date, as close as reasonably practicable to the activation date requested in the Activation Request; provided, that Barak shall not be required to activate circuit(s) of capacity covered by an Activation Request, in any of the following circumstances: (i) before the lapse of forty five(45) days after receipt of an Activation Request; or (ii) if activation of any of the circuit(s) covered by an Activation Request would cause the aggregate capacity activated for Customer’s use to exceed the ROU Capacity or the Permitted Capacity Units, as specified Schedule 3. In no event shall Barak be liable for any delay in the activation of any circuit except in accordance with Schedule 4 (SLA) attached hereto.
Activations. Subagents will have no direct communications with NewCo. All communications regarding activations, compensation, procedures, and any other matters relating to Subagents shall be handled solely by Agent.
Activations. (a) Company shall activate all Subscription (each, an “Activation”) in accordance with the procedures set forth on Exhibit A, as changed by Sirius from time to time, in its sole discretion.
(b) Together with each Activation, Company shall provide Sirius with: (i) the name, address, phone number and contact name of the applicable Commercial Account, (ii) whether the Activation is for a Standard Commercial Programming Package or a Restricted Commercial Programming Package, (iii) the type of business of such Commercial Account, (iv) the nature of use of the Subscription, (v) the ESN of the Sirius Receiver provided to that Commercial Account and (vi) any other information reasonably requested by Sirius.
(c) Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 5.03 and 5.04, Sirius reserves the right to use the information provided pursuant to Section 5.02(b) to contact any Commercial Account; provided that Sirius will not contact Commercial Accounts for the purpose of converting such accounts to direct subscribers to Sirius.
Activations. BSR agrees to completely enter all customer information into the Sales Portal activation system and provide the customer all necessary information inclusive of the account PIN.
