Programming Package definition

Programming Package means the package of content, including, as applicable, television channels, radio channels and on-demand content, selected by the Customer and which the Customer is eligible to receive in consideration of payment of the Subscription Fees.
Programming Package means a schedule of Network Programs specifically designed for a Designated Location and monthly calendars of events described in Section 2(a)(4) below to be broadcast at such times and frequencies as proposed by Network and reasonably agreed to by Customer on Customer's Digital Playback System in the guest rooms at such Designated Location and (B) "Network Programs" means the entire library of completed television shows, feature segments and promotional videos developed and owned by Network, including, without limitation, Video Segments, Feature Segments and any other new programming developed and owned by Network during the Term but excluding customized programming developed by Network for Network's other customers (whether or not Network holds ownership or license rights to such programming).
Programming Package means the package of content, including, as applicable, television channels, radio channels and on-demand content, selected by the Customer and which the Customer is eligible to receive in consideration of payment of the Subscription Fees. "Reception Equipment" means, collectively, the equipment provided by or on behalf of Astro which enables the Customer to gain access to and receive the Services, comprising of any and all of the following: (i) the authorised digital decoder, including, as applicable, the ‘Ultra Box’, or the ‘Ulti Box’ (each an "Astro Box"), (ii) the authorised parabolic dish, (iii) the low noise block ("LNB"), (iv) the remote control unit, (vi) the high definition multimedia interface (‘HDMI’) cable, and (v) the Smart Card/SIM Card, or any other equipment authorised by Astro from time to time.

Examples of Programming Package in a sentence

  • If prior to the end of your term commitment, your service is disconnected for any reason or you downgrade your programming below a Required Minimum Programming Package (as defined below), and all programming and other charges for your term commitment have not yet been paid in full, you agree to pay, and we will automatically charge, a cancellation fee to your DISH account or your Qualifying Card (as defined below), at our option.

  • Radio Commercial Programming Package containing up to 100 channels of music, news, information, and sports for a subscription fee of $27.95 per month.

More Definitions of Programming Package

Programming Package means the basic package together with any stand alone channels chosen by you from time to time.
Programming Package means a schedule of Network Programs specifically designed for Customer's location to be broadcast at such times and frequencies as proposed by Network and reasonably agreed to by Customer on Customer's Digital Playback System in the guest rooms of Customer's location and (B) "NETWORK PROGRAMS" means the entire library of completed television shows, feature segments and promotional videos developed and owned by Network, including, without limitation, Video Segments, Feature Segments and any other new programming developed and owned by Network during the Term but excluding customized programming developed by Network for Network's other customers (whether or not Network holds ownership or license rights to such programming).

Related to Programming Package

  • Training Package means a set of qualifications and units of competency developed to meet the training needs of an industry, or a group of industries, and endorsed at the national level. Training Plan means the plan for the training and assessment to be delivered to an individual created by the Training Provider pursuant to Clause 7 of Schedule 1. Training Provider Group means the Training Provider and any other registered training organisation that is a Related Training Provider, other than by reason of paragraph (b) of that term.

  • Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • CREFC® Payment Posting Instructions Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Payment Posting Instructions Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.

  • Information Package means the most recent compilation of financial and other data with respect to the Failed Bank, including any amendments or supplements thereto, provided to the Assuming Institution by the Corporation on the web site used by the Corporation to market the Failed Bank to potential acquirers.

  • Machine-readable means an automatic identification technology media, such as bar codes, contact memory buttons, radio frequency identification, or optical memory cards.

  • Sample means urine, blood, breath, saliva, or hair.

  • Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • CREFC® Modification Posting Instructions Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Modification Posting Instructions Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Artwork has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(a).

  • Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;

  • Dataset means the data specified in Appendix 1 (Environmental Information) to Schedule 11.2 (Management Information) as the same may be amended from time to time by the Secretary of State (acting reasonably);

  • Download means copying data from one computer system (for example a backend server) to another (for example a vehicle).
