Common use of Ad Hoc Rehabilitation Committee Clause in Contracts

Ad Hoc Rehabilitation Committee. It is the intent of the Commission and the Association to encourage and facilitate the early return to gainful employment of employees who are ill or injured. To this end, an ad hoc Rehabilitation Committee will be established consisting of the two representatives of the Association, and two representatives of the Commission. The Committee shall review cases of regular employees who have completed their initial probationary period and who are no longer capable of performing the duties of their own occupations due to illness or injury. Such employees will make application in accordance with Information Appendix A, Part III.
