Value Added Services Any product or service provided by a third party unaffiliated with Servicer to assist Carrier in processing Card Transactions, including internet payment gateways, integrated Terminals, global distribution systems, inventory management and accounting tools, loyalty programs, fraud prevention programs, and any other product or service that participates, directly or indirectly, in the flow of Card Transaction data.
Included Services If any services, functions, or responsibilities not specifically described in this Agreement are an inherent, necessary, or customary part of the Services or are required for proper performance or provision of the Services in accordance with this Agreement, such services, functions, or responsibilities are deemed to be included within the scope of the Services to be delivered for the Charges, as if such services, functions, or responsibilities were specifically described in this Agreement.
Excluded Services All Coverage Types
Bilingual Differential When formally assigned in the employee’s position description, an employee assigned to interpret to or from another language to English will receive a differential of five percent (5%) of base pay.
Step Increases (a) The following is the method used to determine service credit, since the last date of hire, for purposes of positioning on the salary range:
i) all continuous service shall be retained and transferred with the employee if she/he changes her/his status from full-time to part- time and vice versa.
ii) a part-time employee who changes status to full-time will be given credit on the basis of fifteen hundred (1500) paid hours of part- time being equivalent to one (1) year of full-time service and vice versa.
iii) in addition, an employee who is so transferred will be given credit for paid hours accumulated since the date of last advancement.
(b) Annual increments for full-time employees shall be paid on their anniversary date.
(c) Annual increments for part-time employees shall be paid on the completion of each fifteen hundred (1500) hours worked.
Line Outage Costs Notwithstanding anything in the NYISO OATT to the contrary, the Connecting Transmission Owner may propose to recover line outage costs associated with the installation of Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades on a case-by-case basis.
Weekend Differential Employees assigned to State institutions other than Maine State Prison shall be eligible for a weekend differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour to the base for shifts beginning between 10:00 p.m. Friday and 9:59 p.m.

Points will be assigned to this criterion based on your answer to this Attribute. Points are awarded if you agree not i ncrease your catalog prices (as defined herein) more than X% annually over the previous year for years two and thr ee and potentially year four, unless an exigent circumstance exists in the marketplace and the excess price increase which exceeds X% annually is supported by documentation provided by you and your suppliers and shared with TIP S, if requested. If you agree NOT to increase prices more than 5%, except when justified by supporting documentati on, you are awarded 10 points; if 6% to 14%, except when justified by supporting documentation, you receive 1 to 9 points incrementally. EXTENDED SERVICE 156 Upon application, a military leave of absence (without pay) will be granted to employees who are employed in other than temporary positions. This applies to employees who are inducted through a selective service system or voluntary enlistment, or if the employee is called through membership in the National Guard or reserve component into the Armed Forces of the United States.
Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels. In August of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Budget and Management will, upon request, meet with the Union to hear the employees’ views regarding the Governor’s budget request.
