Additional Communities. The Advisory Committee may vote at any time to amend this Agreement to add an additional municipality or municipalities by unanimous vote and approval of the Lead Municipality, so long as there are no more than nine (9) member communities. If voted and approved as provided in this Section, the participation of said municipality or municipalities is effective as of July 1 of the fiscal year next after the vote is taken unless otherwise agreed among all parties. Any such additional municipality must be adjacent to at least one municipality participating in this Agreement unless waived by a majority of the Town Managers of the originally participating communities.

  • Extended Health Care Plan (a) The Employer shall pay the monthly premium for regular employees entitled to coverage under a mutually acceptable Extended Health Care Plan.
