Additional Conditions of Use. You agree to use the Hardware and Cisco Technology only in accordance with the specifications available on Cisco Meraki’s website, and You (not Cisco Meraki) are solely responsible for maintaining administrative control over Your Meraki Cloud Services account.
Additional Conditions of Use. Radio transmissions by the cooperator on the frequencies shown in EHXIBIT A are restricted to mobile or portable (handheld) radios only. Cooperator fixed station operation is prohibited unless otherwise authorized by the FCC.

The DDA reserves the right to impose upon Vendor any other conditions for use of the Vending Site which it determines, in its sole discretion, are necessary or advisable for reasons of legal compliance, for preventing damage to Old Town Square, or for the health, safety and welfare of the general public, and such conditions shall be effective upon verbal or written notice to Vendor.
Additional Conditions of Use. The use of Designated Roads by OYA and the OYA Parties is subject to the following conditions:
a) In the event of an exceptional circumstance and OYA and the OYA Parties determine it is necessary for the Project to use the Designated Roads outside the Period of Use, then OYA or, if applicable, the OYA Parties shall seek approval of the Designees, describing in detail such use and the reasons therefore. The Designees will take into account weather conditions and the conditions of the roads in making their determination to grant permission for use of the Designated Roads outside of the Period of Use under this Section 1.3, which permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. In the event that the Designees fail to respond within five (5) business days, the Designees shall be deemed to have agreed to suchuse.
b) In the event OYA and the OYA Parties determine it is necessary for the Project to use roads and highways of the Town and County not identified on Appendix A as Designated Roads, then OYA or, if applicable, the OYA Parties shall notify the Designees, describing in detail such use and the reasons therefore. OYA shall provide the Designee reasonable notice that it anticipates the use of substitute roads. Substitute roads may only be used on consent of the Designees and such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. In the event that the Designees do not respond within three (3) business days of a request to use a substitute road, the Designees shall be deemed to have agreed to such substitute road being used.
c) Once construction begins on the Project, the Designee shall be entitled, at any time, to notify OYA and the OYA Parties that use of the Designated Roads may result in excessive damage to the Designated Roads due to weather conditions. OYA shall work with the Designee to develop a plan to mitigate or prevent the effect of such weather conditions. If the Parties are able to develop a plan to mitigate or prevent such damage, then OYA and the OYA Parties may continue to use such roads provided such mitigation is implemented. If the Parties are unable to develop such a plan, OYA and the OYA Parties may propose an alternate route to the Project site for approval by the Designees of the Town (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld).
Additional Conditions of Use. 1.1 You may ask us to issue a letter of credit by making a request at least 3 clear business days before you want us to issue a letter of credit.
1.2 You may only request a letter of credit be issued if:
(a) the amount requested; plus
(b) the total amount owing on the sub-facility, including any amounts for letters of credit previously issued but not yet due and owing, does not exceed the actual sub-facility limit.
Additional Conditions of Use. 1.1 Drawings under the short term import/export sub- facility for the purpose of financing:
(a) the import of goods are governed by clause 3 of this Part E; and
(b) the export of goods are governed by clause 4 of this Part E.
1.2 You may make a request to draw down this sub- facility by giving us a request notice at least 3 clear business days before you want to draw down the sub-facility.
1.3 You may only make a request to drawdown this
(a) the amount requested; plus
(b) the total amount owing on the sub-facility, does not exceed the actual sub-facility limit.
1.4 Refer to clause 2.3 and 21 of Part A in respect of drawdowns exceeding the total facility limit.
1.5 The maturity date for each drawdown under this sub-facility for the export of goods must not be later than 180 days after the drawdown date. The maturity date for each drawdown under this sub- facility for the import of goods must not be later than 180 days (less any time the supplier of the goods allows you for payment). Any maturity date under this sub-facility must occur on or before the last day of the term.
Additional Conditions of Use. 1.1 You may ask us to issue a bank guarantee under this facility by giving us at least 5 clear business days notice before you want us to issue the bank guarantee.
1.2 You must pay any amounts necessary to ensure that the facility amount owing does not exceed the facility limit.
1.3 The bank guarantee will be in a form acceptable to us and will contain additional terms and conditions (and other information) we consider appropriate. You will be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.4 We can consent or refuse to provide bank guarantee for any reason.
Additional Conditions of Use. Grantee shall exercise the rights and privileges granted hereunder with due care, and during construction or repair activities shall use reasonable efforts to minimize disruption of the Easement Area; shall locate and protect any existing underground or above-ground utility lines and appurtenances; shall provide temporary construction fencing around all excavated areas during construction, maintenance or repair; and, within a commercially reasonable time after construction of the Improvements or any maintenance, repair or replacement thereof, shall clear the Easement Area of all construction debris, re-vegetate or re-pave the surface of the Easement Area as appropriate, and replace and properly compact any soils that have been excavated from the Easement Area or otherwise disturbed by such construction, maintenance, or repair.
