Additional Legal Services. If you need any other services which may or may not be related to the above matter, you and the Law Firm may make a new agreement to provide the other services.
Additional Legal Services. Services rendered on litigation and employment and labor matters will be billed at the rates of $230-475 per hour, depending on the experience of the attorney or legal staff as noted on the “2024 Standard Billing Rate” attached as Exhibit A. These rates may be updated whenever RWG adjusts its standard hourly rates by written notification to the Executive Director and Fire Chief.
Additional Legal Services. The ATTORNEY shall be responsible for performing Additional Legal Services on the CITY’S behalf, when requested to do so by the City Manager or City Council. The CITY reserves the right to retain the services of an attorney or attorneys, not associated with the ATTORNEY, to represent the CITY in any matter it determines necessary or appropriate.
Additional Legal Services. Additional Legal Services are defined as legal services not covered by the monthly retainer amount, and not included within the Attorney Legal Services described in Paragraphs 3.1 – 3.9 above. Additional Legal Services will vary according to the needs of the City, and may include services such as the following:

Additional Legal Services. If Client wishes to retain the Firms to provide any legal services for additional compensation not provided under this Agreement, a separate written agreement between the Firms and Client shall be required.
Additional Legal Services. If the City elects to use the Attorney for Additional Legal Services, the Attorney will be compensated hourly at the rate of $250.00 per hour of attorney time (recorded and billed in increments no greater than 0.10 hour segments).

AMENDED SCHEDULES Should there be a need to file an Amended Schedule Form in order to include additional creditors in your bankruptcy, the CLIENT will be required to pay additional ATTORNEY'S fees of $100.00, costs of $30.00 for postage and photocopies and additional $20.00 for court costs for a total due of $150.00.
