Standard Hourly Rates definition

Standard Hourly Rates means the amount our staff or contractors charge per hour of time spent performing the Services. The per hour charge out rates are:
Standard Hourly Rates means the amount our staff charge per hour of time spent performing the Services. These rates are specified in our list of services documents or as a quote and may client specific. All work is charged at a minimum of one hour, per individual task, and rounded up to the nearest half an hour. The above charges do not include any RCA cost. These Standard Hourly Rates are subject to change with 10 days’ notice excepting that no such change shall be retroactive. Public Holidays: +100%: where work is specifically requested or required to be completed on a New Zealand Public holiday, including regional public holidays based on where the specific staff member is primarily located.
Standard Hourly Rates. Standard Hourly Rates are set forth in this Appendix 5 to this Exhibit C and include salaries and wages paid to personnel in each billing class plus the cost of customary and statutory benefits, general and administrative overhead, non-project operating costs, and operating margin or profit. 1.   • Any time spent on the Project at the request of the SERVICE AUTHORITY or on the SERVICE AUTHORITY’s behalf during this suspension shall be additional services and shall be paid based on the Standard Hourly Rates attached to this contract.
