Additional Locks. Tenant shall not attach, or permit to be attached, additional locks or similar devices to any door or window, change existing locks or the mechanism thereof, or make or permit to be made any keys for any door other than those provided by Landlord. Upon termination of this Lease or of Tenant's possession, Tenant shall immediately surrender all keys to the Premises.
Additional Locks. The installation of any door or area locks other than those provided by University Housing is prohibited.
Additional Locks a. Absolutely no additional locks or hasps of any kind may be used or installed. If you wish to have a deadbolt installed, Landlord will arrange for it, with a charge to Tenant which includes labor, installation, materials, keys, etc. Hasps are a safety hazard and will be removed immediately and 1 Landlord will also press charges Tenant will be billed accordingly. Bedroom keys are not provided unless specifically requested. If it becomes necessary to install a bedroom lock, the cost of labor and materials will be billed to Tenant.
b. Bedroom keys/locks are not guaranteed. If Tenant would like a keyed bedroom lock installed, it is at the cost to Tenant.

The foregoing prohibition shall be inapplicable to the extent that keys, codes and the like necessary for the operation of such locks and devices are delivered to Landlord contemporaneously with their installation. Any locks or security devices so installed by Tenant shall be removed or adjusted as Landlord deems necessary in order to prevent interference with any security system for the Building or Retail Parcel. Upon termination of this Lease or of the Tenant's possession, the Tenant shall surrender all keys to the Premises and all keys of offices and other areas of the Building which have been furnished the Tenant or which the Tenant shall have made, and in the event of loss of any keys so furnished, Tenant shall pay Landlord therefor.

Additional Locks. No additional locks or bolts of any kind shall be placed upon any of the doors or windows by Lessee, nor shall any changes be made to existing locks or the mechanism thereof, unless Lessee promptly provides Lessor with the key or combination thereto. Lessee must, upon the termination of its tenancy, return to Lessor all keys to the Premises (including all keys to classrooms, offices and toilet rooms on the Premises), and in the event of the loss of any keys furnished at Lessor’s expense, Lessee shall pay to Lessor the cost thereof.
