ADDITIONAL MEETINGS AS NECESSARY. If the Board determines that adoption of the proposed budget and/or determination of housing and associated charges is likely to require more than two meetings of the members, it shall call such additional meetings as necessary. Every reasonable effort shall be made to adopt a budget and determine charges at least two months and five days prior to commencement of the next fiscal year.

  • Annual Meetings The Annual Meeting of Stockholders for the election of directors shall be held on such date and at such time as shall be designated from time to time by the Board of Directors. Any other proper business may be transacted at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

  • Professional Meetings Employees should be encouraged to and may, with the approval of the supervisor, attend professional meetings, conferences, and activities.   • Required Meetings An employee or owner operator who is required to attend any meeting on Company business shall be paid at his/her regular rate of pay for such meetings occurring during his/her regular shift or at applicable rates of pay for all such time spent outside of his/her regular shift.
