Additional Onboarding Requirements. Certain job titles through the Contract will require additional onboarding items and compliance with position-specific policies, such as a copy of professional license(s). These additional onboarding items shall be maintained and remain current as per the requisition at no cost to Customer or Contractor. These items shall be noted within the VMS. Supplier shall ensure that its resources selected for assignment will comply with all additional onboarding items and position-specific policies. Failure to meet additional onboarding requirements when requested will be considered a breach of this agreement. The Supplier is responsible for the costs of all additional onboarding requirements deemed necessary by the Customer unless otherwise noted on the requirement in the VMS.

The Subcontractor is responsible for the costs of all additional onboarding requirements deemed necessary by the Customer unless otherwise noted on the requirement in the VMS.

Supplier must maintain required contract documentation, as outlined in the Contract’s posted “Criteria for Participation,” throughout the term of this Agreement. Additionally, Supplier must monitor the status of any and all optional contract documentation, such as Disadvantaged Business certifications, and immediately inform Contractor upon expiration of this documentation. Should contract documentation expire and, Supplier fails to provide updated documentation, or Supplier fails to inform Contractor of the expiration of this documentation, Contractor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and remove Supplier from the Contract vendor network.

  • Training Requirements Grantee will: A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS. B. Appropriately budget funds to meet training requirements in a timely manner, and ensure staff and volunteers are trained as specified in the training requirements listed at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xxx/hivstd/training/ and as otherwise specified by DSHS. Grantee shall document that these training requirements are met. C. Follow the appropriate DSHS POPS by funding opportunity (as per Section I: General Requirements for All Grantees) for training and observation requirements.

  • Staffing Requirements Licensee will be in full compliance with the main studio staff requirements as specified by the FCC.

  • Child Abuse Reporting Requirements A. Grantees shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse. B. Grantee shall use the Texas Abuse Hotline Website located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/Login/Default.aspx as required by the System Agency. Grantee shall retain reporting documentation on site and make it available for inspection by the System Agency.

  • Monitoring Requirements This Schedule sets out the contract management requirements which are applicable to the delivery of the Services.

  • Screening Requirements Progenity shall ensure that all prospective and current Covered Persons are not Ineligible Persons, by implementing the following screening requirements. a. Progenity shall screen all prospective Covered Persons against the Exclusion List prior to engaging their services and, as part of the hiring or contracting process or medical staff credentialing process, shall require such Covered Persons to disclose whether they are Ineligible Persons. b. Progenity shall screen all current Covered Persons against the Exclusion List within 90 days after the Effective Date and on a monthly basis thereafter. c. Progenity shall implement a policy requiring all Covered Persons to disclose immediately if they become an Ineligible Person. Nothing in this Section III.H affects Progenity’s responsibility to refrain from (and liability for) billing Federal health care programs for items or services furnished, ordered, or prescribed by an excluded person. Progenity understands that items or services furnished, ordered, or prescribed by excluded persons are not payable by Federal health care programs and that Progenity may be liable for overpayments and/or criminal, civil, and administrative sanctions for employing or contracting with an excluded person regardless of whether Progenity meets the requirements of Section III.H.

  • Bonding Requirements The Contractor is required to furnish a performance bond on the form in a form acceptable to the City, in a sum of not less than [insert bonding level] of the annual amount of the contract to guarantee the faithful performance of this contract. The bond must be approved as to sufficiency and qualifications of the surety by the Controller.

  • Program Requirements The parties shall comply with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program requirements established in 49 CFR Part 26.
