Criteria for Participation. A teacher must not be in receipt of a TPPB pension while enrolled in this Plan. • A teacher must accept a TPPB pension at the end of the teacher's participation in this Plan. • A suitable replacement for the teacher must be available. • The teacher participating in the Plan shall not hold a position of added responsibility. • The teacher may return to service at the teacher's pre-Plan contractual status with the Board for the last semester of enrolment in this Plan if required by the Teacher's Pension Plan Board to purchase pension credits for the Board approved leaves allowed in this plan. Part-time teachers shall not increase their contractual status for the teacher's last semester of employment. • The teacher may participate for up to three years in the Plan. • The teacher may enrol in the Plan up to three years prior to qualifying for an unreduced pension from the OTPP. • The teacher must retire from the Board at the end of enrolment in the Plan and submit a letter of retirement to the Board. • Enrolment in the plan is conditional upon approval of the Board.

Criteria for Participation. 1. Mutual agreement between the teachers, the principal, and the Director of Personnel is required before the shared teaching assignment can be finalized and implemented. 2. Teachers wishing to participate in the Job Sharing Program must a. be employed by the District with permanent status. b. provide notice to the Director of Personnel on or before February 1 of the school year preceding the school year in which they wish to job share. c. apply through their principal to the personnel department. x. mutually agree who will retain the shared teaching position when the job share ends. e. find a partner prior to applying. f. submit a plan prior to the job share being approved showing how the responsibilities of the job share will be divided. The plan will include: (1) A common planning time; (2) Days both teachers will be in attendance; i.e., first and last days of school, conference days, back to school nights, open houses, staff release days; (3) How continuity of curriculum will be addressed; (4) How general information on students and site information will be shared; (5) Whether or not partners will substitute for each other in the event of short term illness. g. request a part-time leave of absence from their full-time teaching position. (prior to the first year of participation) h. request a part-time leave of absence by February 1 of the school year. (continuing job shares) This will not affect the seniority of the participants.
Criteria for Participation a) The Organization agrees to support the Purpose and Goals of the collaborative. b) The Organization agrees to allow de-identified data from District 186’s intranet system to enter into the United Way’s i-Cresults system. c) The Organization agrees to complete the opt out process as defined by United Way and District 186 for all student participants in their funded program, unless otherwise defined and agreed upon by United Way and organization. d) The Organization agrees to participate in meetings that help achieve the stated goals and fulfill the purpose. e) The Organization agrees to implement service improvements based on data analysis, provided the Organization has the resources necessary to implement changes. f) Membership to the data collaborative will be limited to funded programs, unless specifically agreed upon by United Way, data collaborative partners, and District 186.
Criteria for Participation. Schools interested in participating in the pilot must submit to the APS Director of Labor Relations and the Albuquerque Teachers Federation: ■ A letter of interest that includes: • An agreement to share experiences and perceptions with APS and ATF to help inform future work on time. • Evidence that the decision to participate was reached by consensus of the entire licensed staff. The Instructional Council can facilitate consensus of the licensed staff. • A description of the process used to achieve consensus. • A schedule indicating which of the options outlined below they plan to try or another option created by the pilot school. • The signature of the school’s Principal, IC Chair and ATF Federation Representative. ■ Time resulting from rearranging and redefining current available time shall be used for professional development, in-service training, collaboration, planning and committee/goal team work. • If time resulting from rearranging and redefining current available time conflicts with existing provisions of the Negotiated Agreement, the school must apply for a contract waiver. • If the pilot schools choose to use the 4 days currently available for in-service time, the understanding is that the instructional time currently banked, continues to be banked, however, the licensed staff at the pilot schools would not report on those days. Instead that time would be used toward the extension of the duty day. • Schools may choose to enter the pilot at the beginning of the school year, 9 weeks/6 weeks or at semester. • The possible schedules below are created as examples. Pilot schools are not bound to these ideas and are free to create schedules that work for their unique needs. • The intent of the pilot is to provide for a longer day. Thus, the hours cannot be combined into whole days to be added before or after current contract days. Pilot School Available Time Information Time currently available for rearranging and redefining: 2 hours every 20 days (Principal time): 18 hours 13 hours: 13 hours 183rd day: 6.5 hours 4 in-service days (banked time): 26 hours 63.5 hours (this allows 127 days with an additional 1/2 hour per day) If a site chooses to add 1/2 hour to the duty day and to treat the 4 cluster in-service days as non- instructional, this would allow for a little over 31 weeks with 4 days per week with the additional 1/2 hour per day. Criteria for Participation. To qualify as a Physician Group Participating Physician throughout the term of this Agreement, each physician employed by or contracting with Physician Group must: 2.2.1 Possess a valid and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of California; 2.2.2 Remain in strict compliance with all applicable state and federal laws; 2.2.3 Be licensed or certified to prescribe medications and controlled substances and have and maintain in good standing a controlled substance certificate from the Drug Enforcement Administration (“DEA”); 2.2.4 Be eligible to participate in the Medicare and/or Medi-Cal programs; 2.2.5 Have and maintain in good standing clinical privileges at Hospital and membership on the Active Staff or Courtesy Staff of Hospital; 2.2.6 Be insured against professional liability at a level not less than the level of coverage required by the Medical Staff Bylaws of Hospital; and 2.2.7 Comply with any additional criteria mutually established by Hospital and Physician Group.

Criteria for Participation. To be eligible for participation in the JA-SIG and to execute this Agreement, a party must fall within one of the following defined classes. Class A consists of Sun Microsystems. Class B consists of secondary schools and educational institutions offering a postsecondary degree. Any bona fide institution meeting this criteria may apply to be a Class B Participant. The Steering Committee may create and define additional or different classes, including, without limitation, classes to include vendors or other persons or entities interested in the mission of the JA-SIG, provided that a majority of each class of Participants approves the creation of such additional or different classes. An existing class may be redefined with the approval of a majority vote of the Steering Committee.
