ADDITIONAL PAID LEAVE. 19.1 The Executive may be eligible to take the certain types of paid leave specified in the Employee Handbook, subject to any statutory eligibility requirements or conditions and the Company’s rules applicable to each type of leave in force from time to time. 19.2 The Company may replace, amend or withdraw the Company’s policy on any of the above types of leave at any time.
