Additional Supporting Data. The Concessionaire will furnish the State with other financial or statistical reports that the State may occasionally request regarding the concession. This section does not require the Concessionaire to submit data that is either confidential business information or trade secrets unless reasonably related to determining compliance with this Agreement, and the State provides for protection of such information from public disclosure. The Concessionaire shall provide all information requested by the State in a timely manner. If the State does not specify a deadline to submit requested information, the term “timely manner” shall mean “not more than thirty (30) days”.

  • Additional Support Under this Agreement, there shall be: (check one)

  • Operational Support 2.1 Party A agrees, according to the operational needs of Party B, to act as the guarantor of Party B in the contracts, agreements, or transactions entered into between Party B and third parties, in order to fully guarantee the performance by Party B of such contracts, agreements, and transactions. 2.2 Party A agrees, according to the operational needs Party B, to recommend directors and senior management to Party B and Party B agrees to appoint such personnel recommended by Party A to be its directors and senior management.   • Paid Claims without Supporting Documentation Any Paid Claim for which Xxxxxxx cannot produce documentation shall be considered an error and the total reimbursement received by Xxxxxxx for such Paid Claim shall be deemed an Overpayment. Replacement sampling for Paid Claims with missing documentation is not permitted.

  • Updates “Updates” are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates may include: Centralized Contract changes and updates made in accordance with the previously approved pricing formula (e.g. discount from list price); adding new products or services within the established, previously approved pricing structure; lowering pricing of products or services already on Contract, deleting products or services available through the Centralized Contract, adding product or service that do not fall under the previously established price structure or discounts under the Contract, re-bundled products, and other updates not listed above that are deemed to be in the best interest of the State and do not result in a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates must be submitted to OGS for review, and must be accompanied by a justification of reasonableness of price if the change results in a change in pricing methodology. OGS will notify Contractor in writing if approved.
