If the font software that Customer is embedding is identified as “licensed for editable embedding” on Adobe’s website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/type/browser/legal/embeddingeula.html, Customer may also embed copies of that font software for the additional purpose of editing Customer’s electronic documents. Siemens PLM is a third party beneficiary to the license and online services agreement with the right to enforce their terms as they relate to the Software Redistributables of the Siemens PLM Teamcenter product directly against Customers.
