Font Software. If the Software includes font software -- 15.6.1 You may use the font software with the Software on Computers as described in Section 2 and output the font software to any output device(s) connected to such Computer(s). 15.6.2 If the Permitted Number of Computers is five or fewer, you may download the font software to the memory (hard disk or RAM) of one output device connected to at least one of such Computers for the purpose of having the font software remain resident in such output device, and of one more such output device for every multiple of five represented by the Permitted Number of Computers. 15.6.3 You may take a copy of the font(s) you have used for a particular file to a commercial printer or other service bureau, and such service bureau may use the font(s) to process your file, provided such service bureau has a valid license to use that particular font software. 15.6.4 You may convert and install the font software into another format for use in other environments, subject to the following conditions: A computer on which the converted font software is used or installed will be considered as one of your Permitted Number of Computers. Use of the font software you have converted will be pursuant to all the terms and conditions of this agreement. Such converted font software may be used only for your own customary internal business or personal use and may not be distributed or transferred for any purpose, except in accordance with Section 4.4 of this agreement. 15.6.5 You may embed copies of the font software into your electronic documents for the purpose of printing and viewing the document. If the font software you are embedding is identified as "licensed for editable embedding" on Adobe’s website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/type/browser/legal/embeddingeula.html, you may also embed copies of that font software for the additional purpose of editing your electronic documents. No other embedding rights are implied or permitted under this license.

Font Software. If the Software includes font software, then Licensee may (a) use the font software on Licensee's Computers in connection with Licensee's use of the Software as permitted under this Agreement; (b) output such font software on any output devices connected to Licensee's Computers; (c) convert and install the font software into another format for use in other environments provided that use of the converted font software may not be distributed or transferred for any purpose except in accordance with the transfer section in this Agreement; and (d) embed copies of the font software into Licensee's electronic documents for the purpose of printing and viewing the document, provided that if the font software Licensee is embedding is identified as "licensed for editable embedding" on Adobe's website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/type/browser/legal/embeddingeula.html, Licensee may also embed copies of that font software for the additional limited purpose of editing Licensee's electronic documents.

You may take a copy of the font(s) you have used for a particular file to a commercial printer or other service bureau, and such service bureau may use the font(s) to process your file, provided such service bureau has a valid license to use that particular font software. 2.6.4. You may convert and install the font software into another format for use in other environments, subject to the following conditions: A computer on which the converted font software is used or installed shall be considered as one of your Permitted Number of computers. Use of the font software you have converted shall be pursuant to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Such converted font software may be used only for your own customary internal business or personal use and may not be distributed or transferred for any purpose, except in accordance with the Transfer section below.
Font Software. The Software contains font software which generates typeface designs ("Font Software"). You may not separate the Font Software from the Software. You may not alter Font Software for the purpose of adding any functionality which such Font Software did not have when delivered to you as part of the Software. You may not embed Font Software into a document which is distributed as a commercial product in exchange for a fee or other consideration (For example, End-Users shall not embed Font Software into an electronic book that is offered to the public for a fee).

The listed fonts are not licensed under this Section 4.6. You may not copy, move, activate or use, or allow any font management tool to copy, move, activate or use, the listed fonts in or with any software application, program, or file other than the Software.
Font Software. Coded software that generates typeface and/or illustration designs when used in combination with certain hardware or software plus any and all data provided with such software. End User: You, your company or an entity you represent, purchasing this license and bound by the End User License Agreement (XXXX), a legal agreement defining the allowable uses of the Font Software. Basic License: Documentation/permission allowing the use of the font software on a single device registered by a single user within the guidelines of this XXXX.

Font Software. The font software you selected to license (the “Font Software”), is the property of Ambor. The term “Font Software” includes any related documentation, updates and permitted copies of the Font Software licensed to you by Ambor. As used in this Agreement, the term “Ambor” means collectively Ambor, Xxxxx.xxx, its successors and assigns, its affiliated companies, its authorized distributors and resellers, and any third party which has licensed to Ambor any or all of the intellectual property rights associated with the Font Software.
