Common use of Additional Unpaid Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Additional Unpaid Sick Leave. Employees may request the Auditor to grant additional leave without pay when sick leave has expired. Such requests and the response shall be in writing on a form to be designated by the Department. (Such additional unpaid sick leave time shall be determined by the merit of the case).
