Adjacent Projects. 3.4.1 Developer shall perform and coordinate its Work with the Adjacent Projects and contractors engaged on such projects so as to mitigate interference with such projects and contractors and with Airport operations. Without limiting the foregoing, Developer shall sequence the Work and dispose of materials so as to mitigate interference with the operations of contractors engaged on the Adjacent Projects, and shall join the Work to that of others on Adjacent Projects in a proper manner, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, each contractor is responsible for any damage done by it or its subcontractors to the work performed by another contractor. The Owner shall ensure that its contractors (including its consultants) engaged on the Adjacent Projects are required to perform and coordinate their work in respect of the Adjacent Projects with Developer and the Project and shall sequence such work and cause disposal of materials so as to mitigate interference with the Work.

Adjacent Projects. ‌ Except for unplanned, reasonably unforeseen, emergency situations, the City agrees to prohibit the advancement of City or private construction projects within the street rights of way that will cause a cost or schedule impact to the Project. Exceptions to the prohibition include (i) Valley Metro acknowledges in writing that the City or private construction work will not have any cost or schedule impact on the Project, (ii) the City or the developer agrees in writing to compensate Valley Metro for any cost or schedule impacts caused by the advancement of the City or private construction activities, or (iii) Valley Metro has failed to deliver the Project within the timeframes shown in the Project Master Schedule.

  • PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS Improvements placed on National Forest System land at the direction of either of the parties, shall thereupon become property of the United States, and shall be subject to the same regulations and administration of the Forest Service as other National Forest improvements of a similar nature. No part of this instrument shall entitle the cooperator to any share or interest in the project other than the right to use and enjoy the same under the existing regulations of the Forest Service.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • Projects The Annexes attached hereto describe the specific projects and the policy reforms and other activities related thereto (each, a “Project”) that the Government will carry out, or cause to be carried out, in furtherance of this Compact to achieve the Objectives and the Compact Goal.

  • Access to Project Site Redeveloper shall permit the representatives of the City to enter Project Site at any and all reasonable times, as the City may deem necessary for the purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, including but not limited to work and inspection of all work being performed in connection with the construction of the Redeveloper Improvements. Similarly, the City shall permit Redeveloper such entry upon the public rights of way for such purposes. No compensation shall be payable nor shall any charges be made in any form by any party for the access or inspection provided for in this Section.
