Medical Appointments Medical appointments may be charged to sick leave, provided the minimum time charged is not less than one-half (1/2) hour. Each absence shall be reported separately and authorized in advance by the employee's immediate supervisor.
Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.
Medical Appointment for Pregnant Employees 35.9.1 Up to three decimal seven five (3.75) hours of reasonable time off with pay for each appointment will be granted to pregnant employees for the purpose of attending routine medical appointments.
Initial Appointment A person who receives an initial appointment to a position in the bargaining unit for or during a fiscal or academic year shall be appointed at a salary at least equal to the applicable minimum salary for that fiscal or academic year as specified in Article 25.5.

Medical/Dental Appointments (a) Where medical and/or dental appointments cannot be scheduled outside the employee's working hours, sick leave with pay will be granted in accordance with Clause 19.1(c) (Sick Leave Credits).
(b) Where an employee's qualified medical practitioner refers the employee to a Specialist, then any necessary travel time, to a maximum of one working day, for the employee to visit such Specialist, will be granted in accordance with Clause 19.1(c) (Sick Leave Credits).
Asset Representations Review Process Section 3.01 Asset Representations Review Notices and Identification of Review Receivables. On receipt of an Asset Representations Review Notice from the Seller according to Section 5.7 of the Receivables Purchase Agreement, the Asset Representations Reviewer will start an Asset Representations Review. The Servicer will provide the list of Review Receivables to the Asset Representations Reviewer promptly upon receipt of the Asset Representations Review Notice. The Asset Representations Reviewer will not be obligated to start, and will not start, an Asset Representations Review until an Asset Representations Review Notice and the related list of Review Receivables is received. The Asset Representations Reviewer is not obligated to verify (i) whether the conditions to the initiation of the Asset Representations Review and the issuance of an Asset Representations Review Notice described in Section 7.6 of the Indenture were satisfied or (ii) the accuracy or completeness of the list of Review Receivables provided by the Servicer.
ADB’s Review of Procurement Decisions 11. All contracts procured under international competitive bidding procedures and contracts for consulting services shall be subject to prior review by ADB, unless otherwise agreed between the Borrower and ADB and set forth in the Procurement Plan.
Scope of Appointment A. Subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, Fund hereby employs and appoints Service Company as Transfer Agent and Dividend Disbursing Agent effective the date hereof.
B. Service Company hereby accepts such employment and appointment and agrees that it will act as Fund's Transfer Agent and Dividend Disbursing Agent. Service Company agrees that it will also act as agent in connection with Fund's periodic withdrawal payment accounts and other open-account or similar plans for shareholders, if any.
C. Service Company agrees to provide the necessary facilities, equipment and personnel to perform its duties and obligations hereunder in accordance with industry practice.
D. Fund agrees to use all reasonable efforts to deliver to Service Company in Kansas City, Missouri, as soon as they are available, all its shareholder account records.
E. Subject to the provisions of Sections 20 and 21 hereof, Service Company agrees that it will perform all the usual and ordinary services of Transfer Agent and Dividend Disbursing Agent and as agent for the various shareholder accounts, including, without limitation, the following: issuing, transferring and cancelling share certificates, maintaining all shareholder accounts, preparing shareholder meeting lists, mailing proxies, receiving and tabulating proxies, mailing shareholder reports and prospectuses, withholding federal income taxes, preparing and mailing checks for disbursement of income and capital gains dividends, preparing and filing all required U.S. Treasury Department information returns for all shareholders, preparing and mailing confirmation forms to shareholders and dealers with respect to all purchases and liquidations of Fund shares and other transactions in shareholder accounts for which confirmations are required, recording reinvestments of dividends and distributions in Fund shares, recording redemptions of Fund shares and preparing and mailing checks for payments upon redemption and for disbursements to systematic withdrawal plan shareholders.
Procurement Related Complaints and Administrative Review 49.1 The procedures for making a Procurement-related Complaint are as specified in the TDS.
49.2 A request for administrative review shall be made in the form provided under contract forms.
