Adjustments to Project Incentive. (a) In the event a Change Notice is delivered to and accepted by the LDC pursuant to Section 6.3(b) prior to the In-Service Date, the LDC and the Technical Reviewer will re-calculate, based on the best information available at the time, including any revised calculations arising from the information in the Change Notice, the Project Incentive pursuant to Section 4.3(b) or Section 4.3(c), as applicable.

Adjustments to Project Incentive. (a) If, based on the Invoice Reconciliation Form, the Technical Reviewer determines that the Actual Eligible Costs for the Project are less than the Estimated Eligible Costs, the Project Incentive will be adjusted by the IESO based on the Actual Eligible Costs for the Project and the Net Project Incentive will be adjusted accordingly, pursuant to Section 1.2 of this Schedule “C”. For greater clarity, if the Actual Eligible Costs for the Project are greater than the Estimated Eligible Costs, the Project Incentive will not be adjusted.

  • Project Goals The schedule, budget, physical, technical and other objectives for the Project shall be defined.

  • Project Construction Budget The project construction cost allowance specifically stated in writing as the ‘revised’ or ‘current’ ‘Project Construction Budget’ by the Trustees at each applicable phase of plan development.

  • Changes to Project Should the Subgrantee wish to make changes to the outcomes, Scope of Work, equipment to be purchased, key personnel, expenditures or deliverables, the Subgrantee must request permission to revise the project. This is done by submitting a Change Request. Changes within a budget category that are more than ten percent (10%) of the award or that move funds from one budget category to another require submission of a Change Request. Approval must be obtained from the Division before the changes are implemented in the project. Approval will be granted for changes that are consistent with the intent of the approved application or prior Change Requests. Changes to the project must be requested using the Change Request in the DOS Grants System at xxxxxxxxx.xxx.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Annual Work Plans and Budgets The Recipient shall furnish to the Association as soon as available, but in any case not later than September 1 of each year, the annual work plan and budget for the Project for each subsequent year of Project implementation, of such scope and detail as the Association shall have reasonably requested, except for the annual work plan and budget for the Project for the first year of Project implementation, which shall be furnished no later than one (1) month after the Effective Date.

  • Construction Budget The total amount indicated by the District for the Project plus all other costs, including design, construction, administration, financing, and all other costs.

  • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.

  • Development of the Project 4.1 TSP's obligations in development of the Project: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the TSP at its own cost and expense shall observe, comply with, perform, undertake and be responsible:
