Adjustments to Schedules. The College may make necessary adjustments to Non- Exempt Employee schedules in order to maintain a forty 40-hour per week schedule and to minimize overtime situations. Unless an emergency situation exists, Employees shall receive one (1) month prior notice to desired schedule changes. Employees may be required to work alternative shifts or different work schedules as necessary to meet campus needs. For Officers, temporary shift changes may be made if coverage is needed due to either an absence-related to sickness or to an unscheduled attrition of longer than one (1) week and the maximum length of the temporary shift change shall be no longer than three (3) months. An Employee may request to exchange shifts with another employee and with the approval of their supervisors it shall be granted, where such shift changes do not create additional overtime.

A supervisor shall not unreasonably deny an exchange of shifts.
Adjustments to Schedules. The Board may, by rule, adjust the inspec- tion schedules set under paragraph (1) if the Board finds that different inspection schedules are consistent with the purposes of this Act, the public interest, and the protection of in- vestors. The Board may conduct special in- spections at the request of the Commission or upon its own motion.

Until the Closing, Seller shall from time to time update, revise or supplement the schedules attached to this Agreement to set forth changes in the information disclosed therein occurring after the date applicable to the particular schedule until the Closing Date. Seller shall deliver such updates, revisions and supplements no later than two (2) business days prior to Closing and any updates, revisions or supplements which are warranted after such time shall be delivered by Seller promptly to Buyer. Buyer shall accept all such updates, revisions and supplements, subject to Buyer's rights arising from Section 6.10
Adjustments to Schedules. The parties hereto shall make adjustments to Schedule I (Inficon Assets), Schedule II (Inficon Liabilities), Schedule III (Inficon Contracts), Schedule IV (Joint Contracts), and Schedule V (Excluded Inficon Assets, Liabilities and Contracts) for items that, based on a good faith determination of both parties hereto, should have been included in any of these Schedules but were inadvertently omitted therefrom no later than 30 days after the Closing Date.
Adjustments to Schedules. Purchasers and Sellers agree to work together in good faith to make adjustments to the Schedules from the date hereof until the day prior to the hearing on the Bidding Procedures Order, provided that such changes are not material individually or in the aggregate. Any such changes so agreed upon shall be deemed to have been made as of the date of the execution of this Agreement.
Adjustments to Schedules. Developer (on behalf of the Owners) and Contractor hereby agree to work together, in good faith, to make promptly any necessary adjustments to SCHEDULE I hereto from time to time to reflect any adjustments to Appendix 10 of the Contract. Developer (on behalf of the Owners) and Contractor may deliver to the Collateral Agent a substitute SCHEDULE I reflecting any such agreed to adjustments thereto.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, it is understood, acknowledged and agreed by the Participating Owners that the Schedules appended hereto that detail the Works and the Costs are approximations and they have been inserted only for the purpose of illustrating the methodology to be employed by the Municipality in determining each Proportional Share.
