Administration Communication. A. 1. The Association will select a Communication Committee for each school building or faculty unit no later than two (2) weeks after the start of school which will meet with the Principal or his/her designee at a minimum of once a month during the regular school year to review and discuss local school problems and practices. A tentative schedule of meetings will be submitted to the Superintendent and President of the JCEA by September 30 of each school year. A written report of each monthly meeting will be submitted to the JCEA President and the Superintendent. The committee shall consist of not more than one (1) member for every ten (10) teachers in the school building or faculty unit, but will in no event have less than three (3) members.

  • Routine Communications All routine communications related to the Contract shall be sent to the Department’s Contract Manager. If any of the Contractor’s contract information changes during the life of the Contract, the Contractor shall notify the Department’s Contract Manager; such updates do not necessitate a formal amendment to the Contract. Communications relating to a Customer contract or purchase order should be addressed to the contact person identified in the contract or purchase order. Routine communications may be my email, regular mail, or telephone.
