ADMINISTRATION OF PERFORMANCE REVIEWS. Performance reviews shall be prepared, discussed with each employee, and submitted to the Director-Human Resources no later than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the employee's anniversary date. ADMINISTRATION OF PERFORMANCE REVIEWS. Performance reviews shall be prepared, discussed with each employee, and submitted to the Director-Human Resources no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the employee's anniversary date. One copy of each fully completed and signed report shall be given to the employee. Sec. 1902 NATURE OF PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS: Performance reviews shall be used to objectively evaluate the performance of the employee during the last performance review period. Performance reviews shall also be utilized to establish employment goals for the next performance review period and to develop criteria by which to measure the attainment of those goals. Space shall be provided on the performance review form for the employee to sign, signifying that he has read the supervisor's comments. Space will also be provided so that employees may give related comments of their own relative to the performance evaluation. The opportunity to sign and comment shall be provided prior to the time that the performance review form is forwarded to the division, department or agency head, or to the Director-Human Resources. If inadequate space is available on the performance evaluation form, an attachment may be added by the employee. The employee shall have thirty (30) days after receipt of the review to provide comments/rebuttal to statements made or lacking in the review.

  • Evaluation of Performance School, in conjunction with Company personnel, is responsible for and shall make arrangements for evaluating Student’s performance during the clinical program.

  • Monitoring of Performance Vendor shall continuously monitor and record its performance to ensure that all of Vendor's responsibilities and obligations hereunder are being met and fulfilled. Citizens may conduct programmatic and other administrative contract monitoring during the term of this Agreement. The purpose of this monitoring is to ensure that all of Vendor's responsibilities and obligations are being met and fulfilled. Such monitoring may include on-site visits, report reviews, invoice reviews, compliance reviews, and a review of any other areas reasonably necessary. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that Citizens may also monitor and record Vendor Staff communications to the extent they occur within or are connected to any Citizens’ resource, such as electronic or telecommunications systems.

  • Review of Performance The Board of Directors shall periodically review and evaluate the performance of Employee under this Employment Agreement with Employee.

  • Assessment of Performance The assignment of a teacher to a TLS position will be subject to review by the school district’s administration at least annually. The first review must be completed no later than five (5) work days before the beginning of the transfer process. The review shall include peer feedback on the effectiveness of the teacher’s performance of duty specific to the teacher’s TLS position. A teacher who completes an assignment in a TLS position may apply for assignment to a new TLS position.

  • Continuity of Performance In the event of a dispute between the Party and the State, each party will continue to perform its obligations under this Agreement during the resolution of the dispute until this Agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms.

  • Standard and Manner of Performance Contractor shall perform its obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the highest standards of care, skill and diligence in Contractor’s industry, trade, or profession. Not Exclusive. Contractor is not guaranteed any work except as expressly stated herein, and this Agreement does not create an exclusive contract for the Work.

  • Appropriation of Performance Security Upon occurrence of a Concessionaire Default, the Authority shall, without prejudice to its other rights and remedies hereunder or in law, be entitled to invoke, encash and appropriate the relevant amounts from the Performance Security as Damages for such Concessionaire Default. Upon such invocation, encashment and appropriation from the Performance Security, the Concessionaire shall, within [30 (thirty)] days thereof, replenish, in case of partial appropriation, to its original level the Performance Security, and in case of appropriation of the entire Performance Security provide a fresh Performance Security, as the case may be, and the Concessionaire shall, within the time so granted, replenish or furnish fresh Performance Security as aforesaid failing which the Authority shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement in accordance with Article 37. Upon replenishment or furnishing of a fresh Performance Security, as the case may be, as aforesaid, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to an additional Cure Period of [90 (ninety)] days for remedying the Concessionaire Default, and in the event of the Concessionaire not curing its default within such Cure Period, the Authority shall be entitled to invoke, encash and appropriate such Performance Security as Damages, and to terminate this Agreement in accordance with Article 37.

  • Manner of Performance Subject to the provisions of Article XII hereof, the Contractor shall perform all of the Work described in the Statement of Work, or cause such Work to be performed in an efficient and expeditious manner and in accordance with all of the terms and provisions of this Agreement. The Contractor shall perform the Work in accordance with the current professional standards and with the diligence and skill expected for the performance of work of the type described in the Statement of Work. The Contractor shall furnish such personnel and shall procure such materials, machinery, supplies, tools, equipment and other items as may reasonably be necessary or appropriate to perform the Work in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Resumption of Performance During the period that a Force Majeure Event is subsisting, the Affected Party shall, in consultation with the other Parties, make all reasonable efforts to limit or mitigate the effects of such Force Majeure Event on the performance of its obligations under the PPA. The Affected Party shall also make efforts to resume performance of its obligations under this Agreement as soon as possible and upon resumption, shall notify other Parties of the same in writing. The other Parties shall afford all reasonable assistance to the Affected Party in this regard.

  • Commencement of Performance This Agreement is of no force and effect until signed by both parties and all JBE-required approvals are secured. Any commencement of performance prior to Agreement approval shall be at Contractor's own risk.
