Examples of Contrary Instructions in a sentence
Contrary Instructions shall mean the written representation by Depositor that a Release Condition has not occurred or has been cured.
Upon receipt of Contrary Instructions, DSI shall send a copy to Preferred Beneficiary by commercial express mail.
The sole question to be determined by the arbitrator shall be whether or not there existed an Event of Default at the time that the Contrary Instructions were delivered under Section 5.
