Administrative Assignment Pay. 8 (A) Employees assigned to a 40-hour workweek (having moved from a 56-hour 9 workweek) will receive a ten percent (10%) pay differential. (B) The City and the Union agree that employees may be asked to assume 11 responsibilities requiring unique skill sets or technical expertise that fall outside 12 of established job classifications.
