Administrative Assistance. (a) The University will grant leave up to a maximum of thirty-two (32) hours per month, of which sixteen (16) hours will be granted with pay and sixteen (16) hours reimbursed to the University from the Union, to one (1) non- probationary member in order that they may conduct business on behalf of the Local Union. The employee who is granted leave will be mutually agreed upon by the Union and the University.
