Administrative Meeting Overtime. An employee reporting for work on the call of the Municipality for the purpose of attending a meeting of an administrative nature shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours at time and one-half (1½X) their regular rate of pay for the entire period when attending such meeting in response to the call. Response to administrative callout is to be mandatory providing an employee is not on holiday or sick leave. With the exception of extreme circumstances a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' notice shall be given.

  • Chairperson of the Meeting An Employer and a Union representative shall be designated as joint chairpersons and shall alternate in presiding over meetings.

  • Monthly Meetings The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall schedule monthly meetings to review pending grievances and contractual issues and to make good faith efforts to resolve such grievances and issues.
