Administrative Regulations and Standard Operating Guidelines. (A) The City and the Union agree that the applicable Administrative Regulations and Standard Operational Guidelines do not change or delete the articles of this contract. The Fire Department will post all Administrative Regulations and Standard Operational Guidelines on the Fire Department common Drive as maintained by the IT Division a minimum of five days before the effective date and will provide said notice of change to all employees under the same terms. Notice shall be disseminated to NLVFD personnel through E-mail. (B) The City and the Union recognize that the matters covered by Administrative Regulations and Standard Operating Guidelines may include matters which are not subject to mandatory bargaining under the provisions of NRS 288. The City and the Union also recognize that these Administrative Regulations and Standard Operational Guidelines are subject to change by the Fire Chief provided, however, that subjects of mandatory bargaining are negotiated.

  • Child Abuse Reporting Requirements A. Grantees shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse. B. Grantee shall use the Texas Abuse Hotline Website located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/Login/Default.aspx as required by the System Agency. Grantee shall retain reporting documentation on site and make it available for inspection by the System Agency.
