Administrative Service Fee. For the services, the Insurance Parties or their affiliate shall receive a fee of 0.25% per annum of the average aggregate daily net asset value of shares of the Designated Portfolio(s) held in the Accounts, payable by the Distributor directly to the Insurance Parties or their affiliate. Such fee shall be paid in arrears quarterly. Each quarterly fee will be determined based on average assets in the Accounts for each quarter and each quarterly fee will be independent of every other quarterly fee. Such fee shall be due and payable automatically within 30 (thirty) days upon receipt of invoice from the Insurance Parties. The fee shall be calculated by the Insurance Parties or their designee and invoiced to the Distributor. The Insurance Parties will verify the asset balance for each day on which the fee is to be paid pursuant to this Agreement with respect to each Designated Portfolio.
Administrative Service Fee. 2.01 In consideration of the services provided by the Insurance Company pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund agrees to pay Insurance Company an annual Administrative Service Fee as set forth in Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof. Nothing herein shall preclude the assignment of all or any portion of the foregoing Administrative Service Fee to any sub-agent contracted by Insurance Company.
Administrative Service Fee. For the services rendered by IFS in its capacity as administrator, the Fund will pay IFS at the end of each calendar month an administrative services fee of 0.125% of the Fund’s average daily net assets on an annual basis for the Fund’s first $50 million of average daily net assets, 0.100% of the Fund’s average daily net assets on an annual basis for the Fund’s next $50 million of average daily net assets, 0.075% of the Fund’s average daily net assets on an annual basis for the Fund’s next $100 million of average daily net assets, 0.050% of the Fund’s average daily net assets on an annual basis for the Fund’s next $300 million of average daily net assets, and 0.025% of the Fund’s average daily net assets on an annual basis for the Fund’s average daily net assets in excess of $500 million, together with reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses. The Fund will pay to IFS at the end of each calendar month a minimum administrative services fee of $2,000 per month and an additional fee of $500 per month will be charged by IFS for each additional share class. The net asset value for each share of the Fund shall be calculated in accordance with the provisions of the Fund’s current prospectus. On each day when net asset value is not calculated, the net asset value of a share of the Fund shall be deemed to be the net asset value of such a share as of the close of business on the last day on which such calculation was made for the purpose of the foregoing computation.

Each quarter’s fee shall be determined based on assets in the Accounts at the end of each quarter and each quarterly fee will be independent of every other quarterly fee. Such fee shall be due and payable automatically within 20 (twenty) days after the last day of the quarter to which such payment relates. The Fund will calculate and the Insurance Parties will verify the asset balance for each day on which the fee is to be paid pursuant to this Agreement with respect to each Designated Portfolio.
Administrative Service Fee. Caterer shall pay University a service fee in the amount of 3% of the total catering xxxx (including all fees assessed by Caterer) for each event under this Agreement, to cover administrative costs associated with management of the Catering Services Program. In accordance with University procedures, University has the right to withhold the service fee (including applicable taxes if required by law) from payment to Caterer.

The Trust or its designee will calculate and the Insurance Parties will verify the asset balance for each day on which the fee is to be paid pursuant to this Agreement with respect to each Designated Portfolio. 12b-1 Distribution Related Fees The Distributor agrees to pay or cause to be paid to the Insurance Parties or their affiliate a fee of 0.25% per annum of the average aggregate daily net asset value of any class of shares of a Designated Portfolio(s) held in the Accounts that has adopted a distribution and service plan pursuant to Rule 12b-1. Such fee shall be paid in arrears, quarterly. Each quarterly fee will be determined based on assets in the Accounts and each quarterly fee will be independent of every other quarterly fee. Such fee shall be due and payable automatically within 20 (twenty) days after the last day of the quarter to which such payment relates.
Administrative Service Fee. For the services, Insurer or its affiliate shall receive a fee of .25% per annum of the average aggregate monthly net asset value of shares of the Designated Portfolio(s) held in the Account, including through Profile or other fund of funds arrangements, payable by the Adviser directly to Insurer or its affiliate. Such fee shall be paid in arrears quarterly. Each quarter's fee shall be determined based on assets in the Account at the end of each quarter and each quarterly fee will be independent of every other quarterly fee. Such fee shall be due and payable automatically within thirty (30) days after the last day of the quarter to which such payment relates.. The Fund will calculate the asset balance for each day on which the fee is to be paid pursuant to this Amendment with respect to each applicable portfolio of the Fund. Insurer shall have the right to reasonably audit the preparation of such calculation. The Fund may modify the rate of the administrative service fee with 60 days' prior written notice to Insurer.
Administrative Service Fee. An administrative service fee, as established by the Foundation’s Board of Directors, will be assessed to the Fund annually to cover administration activities of the Fund. The Foundation will calculate and charge against the Fund assets an administrative service fee of two percent (2%) based on the two-year average value of the Fund on the last day of June of each year.
