Administrative User. With respect to each Order Form, you will have registered with the Service and will identify an administrative contact, including username and password, for your account. You are required to maintain and promptly update all information provided by you during your registration process, and any other information you provide to us, so that it remains true, accurate, up-to-date and complete at all times. You represent and warrant that all such information provided by you is true, accurate and complete at the time it is provided.

Administrative User. At the commencement of the Service, you will enter certain required information and will identify an administrative contact, including username and password, for your account. You are required to maintain and promptly update all information provided by you during your registration process, and any other information you provide to us, so that it remains true, accurate, up-to-date and complete at all times.
Administrative User. Customer will assign one Authorized User to be its Administrative User. An authorized representative of Customer will notify LoanPro of the name and contact information for the Administrative User, and any changes to such information. The Administrative User is given administrative access to Customer’s account on the Software and is responsible for granting or restricting Software access for other Authorized Users. The Administrative User is also the primary contact person for Customer with LoanPro or its agents, and such person’s instructions and requests to LoanPro or its agents will have priority over the instructions or requests of any other employee or representative of Customer. Any cross-tenant access requests must be submitted to LoanPro from the Administrative User on both of the tenants requesting cross access.
Administrative User. Customer may authorize its User to be an Administrative User to have the access to administrative features on the Platform and administer and manage Customer’s Account.

Such Service Fee payments received from the Fund will compensate the Distributor for providing administrative support services with respect to Accounts. The administrative support services in connection with Accounts may include, but shall not be limited to, the administrative support services that a Recipient may render as described in Section 3(b)(i) below.

  • Administrative Fees The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent an annual fee as agreed to between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.

  • Administrative Appeals An administrative appeal is a request for us to reconsider a full or partial denial of payment for covered healthcare services for the following reasons: • the services were excluded from coverage; • we determined that you were not eligible for coverage; • you or your provider did not follow BCBSRI’s requirements; or • a limitation on an otherwise covered benefit exists. You are not required to file a complaint (as described above), before filing an administrative appeal. If you call our Customer Service Department, a Customer Service Representative will try to resolve your concern. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may file a verbal or written administrative appeal with our Grievance and Appeals Unit. If you request an administrative appeal, you must do so within one hundred eighty (180) days of receiving a denial of payment for covered healthcare services. The Grievance and Appeals Unit will conduct a thorough review of your administrative appeal and respond within: • thirty (30) calendar days for a prospective review; and • sixty (60) calendar days for a retrospective review. The letter will provide you with information regarding our determination.

  • Administrative Leave The Superintendent has the authority to place an employee on administrative leave if the Superintendent believes that it is in the best interests of the students, staff, or community. 20.12-1 If an administrative leave extends beyond ten (10) workdays, the employee and the Association will be notified by the Director of Labor and Employee Relations, or his/her designee, the reasons for the extension. 20.12-2 The employee placed on administrative leave will continue to receive full pay. All rules for active employees will continue to apply.

  • Administrative Fee The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent the annual administrative fee as described in the Fee Letter.

  • No Reliance on Administrative Agent’s Customer Identification Program Each Lender acknowledges and agrees that neither such Lender, nor any of its Affiliates, participants or assignees, may rely on the Administrative Agent to carry out such Lender’s, Affiliate’s, participant’s or assignee’s customer identification program, or other obligations required or imposed under or pursuant to the USA Patriot Act or the regulations thereunder, including the regulations contained in 31 CFR 103.121 (as hereafter amended or replaced, the “CIP Regulations”), or any other Anti-Terrorism Law, including any programs involving any of the following items relating to or in connection with any of the Loan Parties, their Affiliates or their agents, the Loan Documents or the transactions hereunder or contemplated hereby: (i) any identity verification procedures, (ii) any recordkeeping, (iii) comparisons with government lists, (iv) customer notices or (v) other procedures required under the CIP Regulations or such other Laws.
