Mechanisms for Cooperation 1. Pursuant to Article 149 (Objectives), the Parties hereby establish a Committee on Cooperation comprising representatives of each Party. 2. The Parties will designate nationals contact points to facilitate communication on possible cooperation activities. The contact points will work with government agencies, business sector representatives and educational and research institutions for the operation of this Chapter. 3. The Parties shall use diplomatic channels to promote dialogue and cooperation consistent with this Agreement. 4. The Committee shall have the following functions: (a) to monitor and assess the progress in implementing of the cooperation projects agreed by the Parties; (b) to establish rules and procedures for the conduct of its work; (c) to make recommendations of the cooperation activities under this Chapter, in accordance with the strategic priorities of the Parties; and (d) to review through regular reporting from the Parties, the operation of this Chapter and the application and fulfillment of its objectives between the relevant institutions of the Parties.
Motions for Directions (1) Class Counsel or the Settling Defendants may apply to the Ontario Court and/or such other courts as may be required by the Courts for directions in respect of the interpretation, implementation and administration of this Settlement Agreement. Unless the Courts order otherwise, motions for directions that do not relate specifically to the matters affecting the Quebec Action shall be determined by the Ontario Court.
Applications for Payment 9.3.1 At least ten days before the date for each progress payment established in the State- Contractor Agreement, the Contractor shall submit to the Architect an itemized Application for Payment, notarized if required, supported by such data substantiating the Contractor's right to payment as the State or the Architect may require. The application for payment must, at a minimum, reflect retainage and the required waivers of lien and any other support documentation enumerated elsewhere in the Contract Documents.
Relief for Complainant 16. Respondents agree to promote Fair Housing, by printing the Commission’s fair housing brochure, “Fair Housing and You,” and distributing the brochure to each of their rental units on or before September 1, 2017. Respondents agree to access the brochure on the Commission’s website at: xxxxx://xxxx.xxxx.xxx/sites/default/files/publications/2013/FairHousing_English_2013.pdf Respondents also agree to send a statement to the Commission, on or before September 1, 2017, verifying that the brochure was, in fact, distributed to each of their tenants with the number of rental units it was distributed to.
Conditions for Participation 1. A procuring entity shall limit any conditions for participation in a procurement to those that are essential to ensure that a supplier has the legal and financial capacities and the commercial and technical abilities to undertake the relevant procurement.
Grievance Commissioner The Employer and Union may mutually agree in writing to invoke the Commissioner Process rather than proceed to arbitration as set out in this Collective Agreement. All cases referred to arbitration where an employee has a grievance concerning discipline will only be referred to a Grievance Commissioner if the Employer and the Union agree in writing on all the facts. The parties may also agree to group grievances before a single Grievance Commissioner. A Grievance Commissioner (where more than one, acting in rotation) will set aside such time as may be requested by the Employer and the Union to consider and determine grievances referred to them. A Grievance Commissioner shall have the same powers and be subject to the same limitations as a Board of Arbitration hereunder, save and except as expressly provided in 9.18 to 9.22 hereof.

Complaints A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction with any aspect of our operation or the quality of care you received from a healthcare provider. A complaint is not an appeal. For information about submitting an appeal, please see the Reconsiderations and Appeals section below. We encourage you to discuss any concerns or issues you may have about any aspect of your medical treatment with the healthcare provider that furnished the care. In most cases, issues can be more easily resolved if they are raised when they occur. However, if you remain dissatisfied or prefer not to take up the issue with your provider, you can call our Customer Service Department for further assistance. You may also call our Customer Service Department if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our operation. If the concern or issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may file a verbal or written complaint with our Grievance and Appeals Unit. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint or administrative appeal within ten (10) business days. The Grievance and Appeals Unit will conduct a thorough review of your complaint and respond within thirty (30) calendar days of the date it was received. The determination letter will provide you with the rationale for our response as well as information on any possible next steps available to you. When filing a complaint, please provide the following information: • your name, address, member ID number; • the date of the incident or service; • summary of the issue; • any previous contact with BCBSRI concerning the issue; • a brief description of the relief or solution you are seeking; and • additional information such as referral forms, claims, or any other documentation that you would like us to review. Faculty Selection, Supervision, and Evaluation A. Faculty for a dual credit course will be approved and employed by Hill College. The instructor must meet credential requirements of Hill College and minimum requirements as specified by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). Each faculty member assigned to teach an academic course will have a master’s degree plus 18 hours in the specific discipline. Technical course instructors will have at least an associate degree and three years of work experience in the related business or industry.
Disputes and Appeals (1) If the Company disputes an action, finding, or decision of FCIC under this Agreement, the Company shall seek a final administrative decision regarding such action, finding, or decision in accordance with the provisions of 7 C.F.R. § 400.169 before seeking judicial review.
