Common use of Advance of Credits Clause in Contracts

Advance of Credits. Where an employee has insufficient credits to permit the granting of special leave within the meaning of this Article, leave may, at the discretion of the Employer be granted, subject to the deduction of such advance leave from any special leave credits subsequently earned.
