Advancement of Sick Leave Credit. New full-time employees covered xxxxxxxxx, who have no recognized accumulated sick leave credit, will be granted five (5) days of sick leave at the beginning of their employment. Part-time and hourly employees covered hereunder shall be entitled to a prorated advancement of sick leave credit based on their scheduled work hours. The advancement, if used, will be deducted as future sick leave is earned.
