Advances; Remittance Reports. (a) Within two Business Days after each Determination Date, the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee by facsimile or electronic mail (or by such other means as the Master Servicer and the Trustee, as the case may be, may agree from time to time) a Remittance Report with respect to the related Distribution Date. The Trustee shall not be responsible to recompute, recalculate or verify any information provided to it by the Master Servicer.

Advances; Remittance Reports. (a) On or before the 18th day of each calendar month commencing in June 2006, or if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately following such 18th day, but in no event later than such date which would allow the Trustee to submit a claim to the NIMS Insurer under the Indenture, the Servicer shall deliver to the NIMS Insurer and the Trustee by telecopy or electronic mail (or by such other means as the Servicer, the NIMS Insurer and the Trustee, as the case may be, may agree from time to time) a Remittance Report with respect to the related Distribution Date. Not later than each Servicer Remittance Date (or, in the case of certain information, as agreed between the Trustee and the Servicer, not later than four Business Days after the end of each Due Period), the Servicer shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Trustee (in the form mutually agreed to by the Servicer and the Trustee) in addition to the information provided on the Remittance Report, such other information reasonably available to it with respect to the Mortgage Loans as the Trustee may reasonably require to perform the calculations necessary to make the distributions contemplated by Section 4.05 and to prepare the statements to Certificateholders contemplated by Section 4.06. The Trustee shall not be responsible to recompute, recalculate or verify any information provided to it by the Servicer.
Advances; Remittance Reports. (a) Subject to the conditions of this Article IV, the Master Servicer, as required below, shall make an Advance and deposit such Advance in the Collection Account. Each such Advance shall be remitted to the Collection Account no later than 1:00 p.m. Pacific time on the Master Servicer Advance Date in immediately available funds. The Master Servicer shall be obligated to make any such Advance only to the extent that such advance would not be a Nonrecoverable Advance; provided however, with respect to each Balloon Mortgage Loan delinquent in respect of its Balloon Payment as of the close of business on the related Determination Date, the Master Servicer shall make an Advance only up to an amount equal to the excess, if any, of interest on the unpaid principal balance thereof (with each interest portion thereof adjusted to a per annum rate equal to the Net Mortgage Rate), over any payments of interest (with each interest portion thereof adjusted to a per annum rate equal to the Net Mortgage Rate) received from the related Mortgagor as of the close of business on the related Determination Date and allocable to the Due Date during the related Due Period for each month until such Balloon Mortgage Loan is finally liquidated. If the Master Servicer shall have determined that it has made a Nonrecoverable Advance or that a proposed Advance or a lesser portion of such Advance would constitute a Nonrecoverable Advance, the Master Servicer shall deliver (i) to the Indenture Trustee for the benefit of the Noteholders funds constituting the remaining portion of such Advance, if applicable, and (ii) to the Issuing Entity, each Rating Agency and the Indenture Trustee an Officer’s Certificate setting forth the basis for such determination.

  • Remittance Reports; P&I Advances (a) On the second Business Day prior to the related Distribution Date, the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Trust Administrator, the Paying Agent and the Trustee by telecopy (or by such other means as the Master Servicer, the Paying Agent and the Trust Administrator and the Trustee may agree from time to time) a Remittance Report with respect to the related Distribution Date. Such Remittance Report will include (i) the amount of P&I Advances to be made by the Master Servicer in respect of the related Distribution Date, the aggregate amount of P&I Advances outstanding after giving effect to such P&I Advances, and the aggregate amount of Nonrecoverable P&I Advances in respect of such Distribution Date and (ii) such other information with respect to the Mortgage Loans as the Trust Administrator or the Paying Agent may reasonably require to perform the calculations necessary for the Paying Agent to make the distributions contemplated by Section 4.01 and for the Trust Administrator to prepare the statements to Certificateholders contemplated by Section 4.02; provided, however, that if the Master Servicer is not the Trust Administrator, the Master Servicer will forward to the successor Trust Administrator the information set forth in clause (i) above on the next Business Day following the latest related Determination Date and the information set forth in clause (ii) above on the fifth Business Day following the last day of the related calendar month. Neither the Trustee, the Paying Agent nor the Trust Administrator shall be responsible to recompute, recalculate or verify any information provided to it by the Master Servicer.

  • Remittance Reports; Advances (a) On the second Business Day following each Determination Date but in no event later than the earlier of (i) such date which would allow the indenture trustee to submit a claim to the NIMS Insurer under the Indenture so as to allow a timely payment by the NIMS Insurer under the insurance policy related to the notes insured by the NIMS Insurer and (ii) the 20th day of each month (or if such 20th day is not a Business Day, the preceding Business Day), the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee and the NIMS Insurer by telecopy or electronic mail (or by such other means as the Master Servicer and the Trustee may agree from time to time) a Remittance Report with respect to the related Distribution Date. Not later than the 20th day of each month (or if such 20th day is not a Business Day, the preceding Business Day), the Master Servicer shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Trustee in addition to the information provided on the Remittance Report, such other information reasonably available to it with respect to the Mortgage Loans as the Trustee may reasonably require to perform the calculations necessary to make the distributions contemplated by Section 4.01 and to prepare the statements to Certificateholders contemplated by Section 4.03. The Trustee shall not be responsible to recompute, recalculate or verify any information provided to it by the Master Servicer.

  • Remittance Reports (a) The Remittance Report for each Distribution Date shall identify the following items, in addition to the items specified in Section 4.01 of the Standard Terms:

  • Remittance Reports; Advances by the Master Servicer (a) By 11:00 A.M. New York time the Business Day following each Determination Date, the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee a report, prepared as of the close of business on the Determination Date (the "Determination Date Report"), by telecopy or in a mutually agreeable electronic format. The Determination Date Report and any written information supplemental thereto shall include such information with respect to the Mortgage Loans that is reasonably available to the Master Servicer and that is required by the Trustee for purposes of making the calculations referred to in the following paragraph, as set forth in written specifications or guidelines issued by the Trustee from time to time. Not later than 2:00 P.M. New York time on the Certificate Account Deposit Date, the Trustee shall furnish by telecopy to the Master Servicer a statement (the information in such statement to be made available to Certificateholders or the Depositor by the Master Servicer on request) setting forth (i) the Available Distribution Amount, (ii) the amounts required to be withdrawn from the Custodial Account and deposited into the Certificate Account on the immediately succeeding Certificate Account Deposit Date pursuant to clause (iii) of Section 4.01 (a); and (iii) such other information with respect to the Mortgage Loans as the Trustee may reasonably require to perform the calculations necessary to make the distributions contemplated by Section 4.01 and to prepare the statements to Certificateholders contemplated by Section 4.02. The determination by the Trustee of such amounts shall, in the absence of obvious error, be presumptively deemed to be correct for all purposes hereunder.

  • Remittances; P&I Advances (a) On the Master Servicer Remittance Date immediately preceding each Distribution Date, the Master Servicer shall:

  • Customer Remittances Obligors of the Receivables will be directed by AmeriCredit to forward their remittances to Processor at a post office address (the “Lockbox”) assigned by Processor. Processor, acting for the exclusive benefit of the Trustee, shall have unrestricted and exclusive access to the mail directed to this address. AmeriCredit agrees to notify Processor thirty (30) days in advance of any change in Obligor remittance statements and/or mailing schedule.

  • Collections Payment Processing Remittance (a) Collection Efforts, Policies, Procedures.

  • REPORTS AND REMITTANCES A. The Company will provide the Reinsurer within forty-five (45) days at the end of each quarter, all necessary data respecting premiums and losses, including reserves thereon, as at dates and on forms mutually acceptable to the Company and the Reinsurer.

  • Monthly Servicing Report Prior to the Lead Securitization Date, each month, the Servicer shall prepare and shall promptly deliver copies to each of the Holders a report containing the following information:

After the Closing, if HoldCo or any of its affiliates receive any refund or other amount which is related to claims (including workers’ compensation), litigation, insurance or other matters for which Ashland or any of its affiliates is responsible hereunder, and which amount is not a Transferred Asset, or is otherwise properly due and owing to Ashland or any of its affiliates in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, HoldCo promptly shall remit, or cause to be remitted, such amount to Ashland. After the Closing, if Ashland or any of its affiliates receive any refund or other amount which is related to claims (including workers’ compensation), litigation, insurance or other matters for which HoldCo or any of its affiliates is responsible hereunder, and which amount is not an Excluded Asset, or is otherwise properly due and owing to HoldCo or any of its affiliates in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Ashland promptly shall remit, or cause to be remitted, such amount to HoldCo.
