Advertisement of Vacancies. Bargaining unit vacancies shall be advertised as specified in the position vacancy announcement system. Faculty of lower or equivalent ranks, Faculty who are spouses of faculty, and faculty members who are local residents shall not, in the hiring process, be disadvantaged for that reason.
