ADVERTISING SIGNS. Developer agrees that any temporary signs placed anywhere in the subdivision to advertise the subdivision shall comply with all applicable provisions of the City of Xxxxxx Code of Ordinances, including, but not limited to the provisions of Article V. Division 4, Subdivision IV. of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Xxxxxx.
ADVERTISING SIGNS. Lessee shall not allow signs or devices of any kind to be attached or suspended from the premises for advertising or displaying the name or business of Lessee or for any purpose whatsoever without Lessor’s prior written consent.
ADVERTISING SIGNS. 5.14.1. shall not affix or paint any advertising or hanging sign on the exterior of the BUILDING or on the windows or doors of the LEASED PREMISES without the LANDLORD’S prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
5.14.2. Shall:
5.14.2.1. maintain the good appearance of any advertising or other sign erected in terms of 5.14.1;
5.14.2.2. keep it in proper working order;
5.14.2.3. comply with all the requirements of any competent authority in respect of any advertising or other sign erected in terms of 5.14.1;
5.14.2.4. remove any sign affixed or painted in terms of 5.14.1 and make good any damage caused to the BUILDING or the LEASED PREMISES by such removal upon the termination of this lease.
ADVERTISING SIGNS. Lessee shall not make use of the outside walls of the premises, or allow signs or devices of any kind to be attached or suspended from the premises for advertising or displaying the name or business of Lessee or for any purpose whatsoever without Lessor’s prior written consent. Lessee may make use of the windows of the premises to display Lessee’s name and business.
ADVERTISING SIGNS. 22.1 The Owner must not permit any advertising sign or hoarding of a commercial nature to be erected on any part of the Property without the prior written consent of the Grantee.
22.2 The Grantee may permit the erection of advertising hoardings on the property:
22.2.1 during construction of the residence for advertising the services of builders and other tradesmen working on construction of the residence;
22.2.2 where the residence is subsequently used by the Owner as a Show Home as set out in Covenant 5.1, during the approved Show Home period.
22.2.3 any hoardings erected must be first approved by the Grantee whose discretion is sole and unrestricted as to size, content and placement on the Property.
ADVERTISING SIGNS. The Tenant will not at any time during the Term hereby granted affix or exhibit or permit to be affixed or exhibited upon any part of the Property any sign or other advertising device or other matter or thing of whatever nature except such as shall have complied with all by-laws and regulations applicable thereof and first been approved in writing by the Landlord, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, and the Tenant shall at all times ensure that such signs or advertising devices are thereafter in accordance with such design and specifications as the Landlord has approved. The Landlord at all times hereinafter will be at liberty to examine the said signs or devices and the Tenant will repair, renew, repaint or strengthen the same upon notice from the Landlord, if the same is required in the Landlord's opinion and if the Tenant shall fail to comply with such notice, the Landlord shall be at liberty to repair, renew, repaint or strengthen such signs or devices and the Tenant shall forthwith upon demand pay to the Landlord the cost, charges and expenses of such renewal, repainting and/or strengthening, but the giving of such notice and the undertaking of such repairs or strengthening by the Landlord shall not be deemed an acknowledgement or admission of any liability or responsibility on the part of the Landlord.
ADVERTISING SIGNS. 17.1 The Lessee shall not erect or paint on the Lease Premises or the Property any advertising signs without the prior written consent of the Lessor and then only subject to the conditions the Lessor may stipulate and in accordance with the regulations of any local or other competent authority whose permission may be
ADVERTISING SIGNS. No outdoor advertising signs shall be erected upon or painted on the premises other than those approved by the WHMF in writing.
ADVERTISING SIGNS. Subject to Landlord's prior written approval, Tenant shall have the right and privilege of erecting and maintaining (at Tenant's own expense) such signs, electric or otherwise, in or upon the Demised Premises as it may deem necessary or advisable for the advertising of its business. Such signs shall not violate any local rules, regulations or ordinances and shall be in keeping with the aesthetic climate of the locale as determined by Landlord. Tenant shall repair any and all damages caused by the erection, maintenance, or removal of any such sign or signs by Tenant. Tenant agrees to indemnify and save Landlord harmless from any and all damages or claims for damages caused by or growing out of the erection, maintenance, existence, or removal of any such sign or signs maintained by Tenant in or upon the Demised Premises. Landlord reserves the right to erect and maintain such sign or signs as it deems necessary in the conduct of its business.
ADVERTISING SIGNS. The DEVELOPER agrees that any temporary signs placed anywhere in the PROPERTY to advertise the PROPERTY shall comply with all applicable provisions of the CITY Code of Ordinances, including, but not limited to the provisions of Article V. Division 4, Subdivision IV. of the Zoning Ordinance of the CITY.
