Affected Area of the Harbour. 4.7.1 The Boardwalk deck structures would cross over the sea. They would not physically affect the seabed or the water area of the harbour, however they may restrict access to the water beneath them and to the water area between the deck structures and the existing shoreline. The Affected Area of the Harbour has implications under the PHO.

  • Restricted Areas All persons except DOC personnel, upon entering the grounds are restricted to the immediate area of their work assignment.
