Afternoon or night shift allowance. (a) A shift worker whilst on afternoon shift shall be paid for such shifts 15 per cent more than the ordinary rate.

(a) A shift worker whilst on An Employee who qualifies as working an afternoon shift or night shift shall be paid for such shifts 15 per cent receive an allowance of 15% more than the Employee's ordinary ratebase rate of pay for all ordinary hours worked (as defined in sub-clause 4.13 during the afternoon or night shift(s). This shall not apply to any overtime worked.
