AGENCY INSPECTORS. The provisions of paragraphs 1 to 10 and 12 to 14, inclusive, of the Inspectors Document shall apply to Agency inspectors performing functions pursuant to this Agreement. However, paragraph 4 of the Inspectors Document shall not apply with regard to any facility or to nuclear material to which the Agency has access at all times. The actual procedures to implement paragraph 60 of this Agreement shall be agreed to between the Agency and India.
AGENCY INSPECTORS. The Agency shall secure the consent of the States Parties through ABACC to the designation of Agency inspectors to the States Parties.
AGENCY INSPECTORS. Section 16. Agency inspectors performing functions pursuant to this Agreement shall be governed by paragraphs 1 through 7 and 9, 10, 12 and 14 of the Inspectors Document and by paragraph 41 of the Safeguards Document. Whenever the United States avails itself of the provisions of Section 12(a) with respect to any material listed in the inventory pursuant to Section 6(b), it is understood that, with respect to the right of access of Agency inspectors within the United States of America, the requirements of paragraph 9 of the Inspectors Document shall be satisfied by affording Agency inspectors access at all times to the substituted materials.
Section 17. Iran shall apply the provisions of the Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the Agency [3] to Agency inspectors performing functions consequent upon this Agreement and to any property of the Agency used by them
Section 18. The provisions of the International Organizations Immunities Act of the United States [4] shall apply to Agency inspectors performing functions in the United States of America under this Agreement and to any property of the Agency used by them.
AGENCY INSPECTORS. The relevant provisions of Mexico’s Safeguards Agreement and the United States’ Safeguards Agreement shall apply to Agency inspectors performing functions pursuant to this Agreement.
AGENCY INSPECTORS. The Agency shall secure the consent of the Community and the States to the designation of Agency inspectors to the States.
AGENCY INSPECTORS. The Agency shall secure the consent of Syria to the designation of Agency inspectors to Syria.
AGENCY INSPECTORS. Section 7. The provisions set forth in the Annex to Agency document GC(V)/INF/39 (which Annex is hereinafter called the "Inspectors Document") shall apply to Agency inspectors performing functions pursuant to this Agreement. However, paragraph 4 of the inspectors Document shall not apply with regard to any facility or to nuclear material to which the Agency has access at all times; the actual procedures for implementing paragraph 50 of Agency document I.NFCIRC/66 (hereinafter called the "Safeguards Document") shall be agreed by the Agency and the Philippines in an agreement supplementing this Agreement, before such facility or material is listed in the Inventory.
Section 8. The relevant provisions of the Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the Agency shall apply to the Agency, its inspectors and its property used by them in performing their functions pursuant to this Agreement.
Section 9. The Philippines shall ensure that any protection against third party liability, including any insurance or other financial security, in respect of a nuclear incident occurring in a nuclear installation under its jurisdiction shall apply to the Agency and its inspectors when carrying out their functions under this Agreement as that protection applies to nationals of the Philippines.
AGENCY INSPECTORS. (a) (i) The Agency shall secure the consent of Haiti to the designation of Agency inspectors to Haiti.
AGENCY INSPECTORS. The Agency shall secure the consent of the United Kingdom to the designation of Agency inspectors to the United Kingdom.
AGENCY INSPECTORS. (a) (i) The Agency shall secure the consent of the Central African Republic to the designation of Agency inspectors to the Central African Republic.
