Agency Period. In consideration of the Agent promising to use their best endeavours, the Principal hereby grants to the Agent the right to act on behalf of the Principal in accordance with this agreement commencing on: / / until such time as the Principal purchases property as set out in clause 3 ii or the expiration of 12 months from the date hereof, whichever first occurs. This agreement may be terminated by either party giving seven (7) days’ notice in writing but without prejudice to either parties rights accrued or obligations incurred prior to the effective termination.
Agency Period. The Agency Period for Party A is from January 1, 2014 to March 31, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as “Agency Period”).

5.2 In the event that Cocoon have introduced a proposed purchaser at any time during the agency period which subsequently withdraws so that the intended sale falls through, you will continue the agreement for a minimum period of 4 weeks from the date on which the potential purchaser withdraws. Thereafter the terms of condition 5.1 above will continue to apply.
Agency Period. The agency period of 12 months, commencing . After the expiry of our listing agreement, if one of the clients who was introduced to our property through yourself or office during the contract period decides to purchase the said property, you will be entitled to our agreed commission. The period of our agency will continue for a further 12 month extension months unless terminated by either party by giving fifteen (15) days written notice.
Agency Period. This agreement is for a minimum period of 16 weeks and will continue thereafter until terminated by notice by either party. Notice period is 21 days and must be given in writing after the initial agency period has expired.
