Agenda and Record of the Meetings. An agenda will be distributed before the meeting. Lack of notice of a matter to be discussed shall not preclude the matter from being discussed at the meeting. All decisions and items requiring further action shall be recorded and copies distributed in a timely manner after each meeting.

  • Chairperson of the Meeting An Employer and a Union representative shall be designated as joint chairpersons and shall alternate in presiding over meetings.
