AGENT COMMISSION. 7.1. The SELLER shall be liable to pay agent’s commission, as per the Commission Agreement once the PROPERTY is registered into the name of thePURCHASER.
7.2. The PURCHASER confirms that he was introduced to the SELLER and the property by ………………………………………………………………... of the firm who is the effective cause of this agreement.
7.3. If the Purchaser for whatever reason dealt with more than one agency or agent and failed to disclose such to the agent in par 7.2 above, then the Purchaser will be liable to pay any forthcoming commission claims.
7.4. The agent in par 7.2 will notify the SELLER without delay, should he/she be notified in terms of par 7.3 before the SELLER signs this agreement. Failure to do so will result in the agent/agency in par 7.2 also being liable to forthcoming commission claims.
7.5. In the event of the sale being cancelled because of breach hereof by the Purchaser, the Agent shall be entitled, but not obliged to claim such commission from the Purchaser.
7.6. No commission will be paid to the agency in par 7.2 if the commission agreement is not attached to this agreement.

AGENT COMMISSION. Contractor shall not change the Agent commission structure or rates during the Plan Year. Contractor must pay the same commission during Open and Special Enrollment for each Plan Year. Contractor shall pay Agents based on the total amount of monthly premium. Contractor shall approve and pay Agent commissions on all new Agent-of- record and change of Agent-of-record delegations as outlined in contract Sections 3.3(f) and 3.3(g). Contractor shall provide information as may reasonably be required by Covered California from time to time to monitor Contractor’s compliance with the requirements set forth in this Section.
AGENT COMMISSION the Agency Fee, as well as any other amounts due to the Agent for the Services provided to the Trade Partner.
AGENT COMMISSION. All commission checks due are paid at the bi-monthly via Direct Deposit or Company Check to the AGENT’S specified financial institution. Commissions due are only calculated once “ORIGINAL BOL” has been received from the carrier and shipper or freight broker has been invoiced. AGENT will be furnished with a transcript of commissions earned from FREIGHT DISPATCHER comptroller each pay period. This transcript will include load “PRO #” and commissioned earned by agent. It is the agent responsibility to record commissions earned and to report all discrepancies to the accounting department for review. EXPENSES / WORK STATION AGENT REPRESENTATIONS AGENT is qualified to do business in all jurisdictions where such qualification is required to perform the services hereunder: AGENT and/or AGENT personnel have never been convicted of, pled no contest, or nolo contendere, to a crime of dishonesty; AGENT and/or AGENT personnel have never stolen or misappropriated any trade secret, proprietary information or other property of a third party. AGENT makes these representations with the knowledge that FREIGHT DISPATCHER and client will rely on the representations. AGENT and/or AGENT personnel agree to submit to a background check initiated by FREIGHT DISPATCHER and/or its representatives. In addition to any other remedies FREIGHT DISPATCHER may have, it may terminate this agreement in the event of any misstatement or misrepresentation.

AGENT COMMISSION. The Department agrees to pay the Agent 7.5% commission on hunting and fishing licenses and applications sales, $0.25 for each ORV and ORV Trail permit sold and $1.00 for each Snowmobile Trail Permit sold.
AGENT COMMISSION. Landlord further covenants with and for the benefit of Agent as a covenant running with the land, that if Tenant, its successors or assigns, shall at any time during the original term and all renewals or extensions thereof, (or during any new lease of the Leased Premises between any person and Tenant, its successors or assigns,) purchase the building in which the Premises are located, then in consideration of Agent's consummating this lease, Landlord shall pay Agent on the date the Premises are transferred at, a commission of six percent (6%) of the gross amount of the purchase price. Such a sales commission shall be in addition to the rental commissions provided for in the immediately proceeding paragraph and is hereby made a lien on the Leased Premises and all equipment thereon, if any. AGENT COMMISSION. 21.1 Commission shall be paid by the Seller to against Transfer of the Property in the name of the Purchaser and the Attorneys are hereby authorised to effect such payment out of the funds that become available to the Seller out of the purchase consideration.
21.2 The Purchaser hereby records that the agent/agency or any other private person known as introduced him to the Property and is the only effective cause of this agreement and indemnifies the Seller against any possible commission claim by any other agent, agency or any other person
21.3 If this agreement is cancelled as a result of breach of contract committed by the Purchaser, the estate agent shall be entitled to recover such commission from the Purchaser.
AGENT COMMISSION. The payment of travel agent commissions is at the discretion of the Offeror. However, the Corporate Supply Arrangement rates must include any commission fee or costs the Offeror may pay to travel agencies.
