Agent Recruiting. If an OSA of The Lars Group recruits an agent or directly assists in the recruiting of an agent, and they join the team as an agent, the referring OSA will receive 5% of the new agent’s commission from any closing with a client of the new agent for the new agent’s first 5 closings. ADMINISTRATIVE FEES: Every OSA is expected to secure the commitment from a Buyer with whom they are working to pay The Lars Group’s administrative fee of $695. The OSA will receive an additional commission for that transaction based on the respective splits. An OSA must secure the permission of one of The Lars Group staff before agreeing to a fee of less than $695 with a specific buyer. If permission is not secured, an OSA may have the full $695 deducted from their commission. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the buyer client agrees to pay a fee of less than $695, the first $395 will still be credited to The Lars Group, and only the amount above that, if any, will be added to the OSA's commission.
